Completely newly built and comfortably furnished cottage in sunny seaside location. Welcome to this brand new, modern and comfortable accommodation in a holiday village with the sea and nice natural areas just around the cottage. Take a morning walk down to the sea for a morning swim, then eat a delicious breakfast on the patio. Then take on the day choosing between experiencing the sea and swimming on one of Hällestrand's beaches, hiking on seafront paths among bare hills and mystery-spun pine forests, stopping to see over archipelago islands and the wide sea, experience sails and motorboats from any vantage point or take the bus into the tourist town of Strömstad to experience the city pulse, hike on piers or just sit and enjoy a sofa in any of the city's parks. The cottage with its seaside location is also a perfect starting point for fishing, kayaking and exploring the whole of Northern Bohuslän. The cottage has open, snug and nice floor plan consisting of kitchen with stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kitchen furniture, living area with a cozy sofa bed, three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two with two 90 cm single beds and one with a 105 cm bed, bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and washing machine. From the living room and one of the bedrooms you will come out onto the cottage's sunny terrace area where you can enjoy lovely meals in the sun while discussing the day's events and adventures or perhaps setting up plans for the next day's excursions. In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, rich restaurant life, nice shopping in small shops that are close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbour area. Take the bus into the city centre and all the entertainment or bathing areas that there are several to choose from. If you want to experience islands and archipelago environment, there are several boat charters and boat trips from the harbour in the center out to several archipelago islands such as The New Year. Furholmen or Kosteröarna, but also to neighbouring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own explorations. For those interested in golf, there are several 18-hole courses in the area and nearby access to a tennis court. In 2020, the outer facilities in the holiday village will be completed. Welcome to a lovely nice and new accommodation in the Strömstads area.
