The house is already located. And overall, not bad. Many things could be better regarding cleanliness and maintenance. All seat cushions were moldy, the windows very dirty, in all rooms. We had to wash out the refrigerator before using it. My husband had to tighten all the chairs, and the vacuum cleaner was overflowing, making vacuuming impossible. No replacement bag available. And when I wanted to empty the bag that was already in the vacuum cleaner, it was full of long white dog hairs, which was really unpleasant.

Holiday home beautifully located, near the beach, separated only by a strip of forest, the beach is partly sandy and stony with an offshore sandbank. The house is equipped with top modern household appliances, everything you need. The property is very large with plenty of space for children to play. A bit more children's toys and possibly a sandbox would be desirable. The terrace door was difficult to open and close, the handle was not properly attached. The information about the Wifi was taken from the back of the router, the details on the description were no longer correct. The seat cushions in the equipment shed were in poor condition.

The house had a beautiful location and was well equipped. However, it was not really clean. The floor was not properly mopped, the pool was not really clean, and many places were very dusty (on the shelves, under the bed, in the corners).

Clean, sufficiently large for 10 people, all electrical appliances in order, sauna works, TV with 4 German channels, wood for the stove must be obtained by yourself, e.g. Bauhaus Sonderborg. Underfloor heating in bathrooms and electric heating in all other rooms available. (Energy costs in winter approx. 22.50 ¬ per day paid) About 5 minutes to the Baltic Sea. Cleaning audit (35 euros) is just to check if you cleaned properly upon departure. Otherwise, there is also a final cleaning for 152 euros. All in all, a good house and a relaxing, beautiful, quiet area. The service office staff is also very nice. Key handovers and communication are great. Would love to come back.
