This stunning house has panoramic windows along the entire house to give you the most of this incredibly beautiful view. Who does not want to wake up overlooking the lake? The open surfaces of the house are well thought out and furnished to make the best use of inside and out. Perfect for socializing, with an open kitchen where you can cook with great views. The rest of the party can at the same time relax in the sofa group in front of what the owners say is the best view, if it is now possible to choose one here! The house has a large terrace with lots of space to be outdoors, where you can enjoy a breakfast overlooking your sandy beach and jetty. Your share the jetty with house 44215. For chilly evenings, you can open up the large glass doors and get the feeling of being outside without freezing. Perfect for those who want to extend the day or why not the season with beautiful late summer evenings. Use the house's sauna before taking a dip in the lake from the jetty and enjoy the tranquility with the forest and the lake as your neighbor. The house works just as well for friends or couples traveling together as for families. For the bigger traveling company there can rent the house 44215 next to the cottage. The house has four spacious bedrooms. Two with double bed in, one of which faces the lake with a large window and a view of the lake. There is one with two single beds and one with a family bunk bed, 120 + 90. Large open kitchen with lounge area and dining area, as well as another living room area, for example if adults and children want to do different after the meal, there is plenty of space for all wishes here. The house has modern bathrooms one with shower and sauna and one with only toilet. You have everything you need for a fantastic holiday here in the house with your own beach and jetty, but would still like to take you out, there is plenty to do nearby. Just about 600 meters away is Påarp's farm which has a restaurant, café, canoe rental and football golf. You only have 55km to High Chaparral, 110km to Liseberg or maybe a little shopping with a little over 40km to Gekås in Ullared. Welcome!

The location and the view of the lake were great. / The room layout was good, nice living room - but with 9 people it is quite cramped. Recommendations: The zoo in Borås is definitely worth recommending. / Gothenburg is also worth a trip.

The great view of the lake from almost all rooms. The size of the house and the nature. Recommendations: Please handle the property of others carefully. A lot was broken and poorly repaired. This was due to the behavior of the previous tenants.
