Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna and very good decor, built in 2009 and located in a holiday area by Tranum Strand. The cottage is tastefully decorated with open kitchen, living room and dining area. Here the whole family can gather for indoor activities and enjoy the large, open space and at the same time be together. One bathroom has a whirlpool and sauna. In addition, there is a guest toilet with sink. From the living room there is access to a nice terrace. The cottage's large common room has a sloping ceiling and large windows with really good light. In addition to the terrace, the house is surrounded by a large lawn with plenty of space for activities. There is really good space for both ball games and play for the children. The house is located at the end of a quiet road. Not for rent to youth groups. Holiday area by Tranum Strand with large common area With a few kilometers to the sea and beach, a scenic hinterland ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area by Tranum Strand was built during 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet during the holidays, but who also want the opportunity to unfold outdoors when the weather and desire is for it. The cottages in the area are almost all furnished with whirlpool, sauna, satellite dish with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and the access is made from small access roads, so that the car driving in the area is as small as possible. The condition corresponding to the age, minor damage to the furniture that in no way restricts use. Overall quiet location ideal for vacationers with dogs. Recommendations: Excursions to the beach or to Aalborg are definitely recommended.

Recommendations: Excursions: Aquarium in Hirtshals House: We would not rent this house again in winter!!! The house was far too cold upon arrival. The heating was set to 17°. Underfloor heating was not on at all. When the hot tub was 3/4 full, you could not shower for the next few hours, as there was no hot water left. In summer, it is definitely a great house. Well-maintained and cozy. After the house was warm after 1 1/2 days, we felt very comfortable.

The furnishings of the house left almost no wishes unfulfilled. The property is well maintained. The house could really use a fresh coat of paint, and the weeds on the terrace could be removed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness condition really left much to be desired. Despite inquiries, we were unfortunately unable to find a mutually satisfactory compromise, which is a pity. Recommendations: Ocenarium, Tropical House Steilküste & Lighthouse Skagen.
