As long as there are construction sites in the area, it is not relaxing at all, as you are woken up by loud construction noise before 7am. For our team days it was not dramatic. For a relaxing holiday of more than 2 nights, I would not recommend it.

The house had a good location, the overall condition was very good. The furnishings were also very good. The kitchen was top-notch. The terrace and the lawn behind the house were great. There were enough parking spaces available.

Great location with little distance to the sea (250m). Basic amenities are available. Great opportunities for leisure activities. Rooms are noisy due to thin walls. So, when traveling with babies and toddlers, please adjust accordingly. Signs of wear in the house (dents in doors and walls, chipped areas on the stove, etc.). However, everything works.

The house is no longer brand new but still okay. It should be renovated sometime.

This place is perfect for large groups! We had nine bedrooms, so everyone had their own space. The living area was cozy and inviting, and we appreciated the cleanliness. A great place for a weekend getaway!

Despite the mixed weather, we enjoyed the vacation to the fullest: The combination of the "pool room" (whirlpool, sauna & pool) and the "game room" (billiards, table tennis, foosball) never made the stay boring. Additionally, we liked that the large terrace is located inside, so we had privacy from the neighbors and enough space for grilling in a large group. The same applies to the spacious dining table in the house (it was also great that there were several refrigerators and even 2 dishwashers and ovens - great for a large group!)

The house is a whole vibe, plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen is fully equipped, billiards and darts provided fun during chill time, 10/10 would recommend for group trips.

Each of the nine bedrooms offered ample comfort, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. The outdoor space with the barbecue facilities was a hit, especially during the warm evenings. Plus, it was just a short distance from Weidefelder Strand, making it easy to enjoy sun and sand. All in all, a delightful retreat that met all our needs!
