On 80 m² you will find two bedrooms on the upper floor, two bathrooms, a cozy living/dining room including a comfortable corner sofa with sleeping function. Bed linen is provided, as well as a modern 4K smart TV in every room (Telekom Magenta XL reception), free Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, and 2 hairdryers.
Two private parking spaces directly at the house make arrival comfortable.
The high-quality real wood design inside creates a unique, charming atmosphere.

Location and surroundings of object
The Kuschelhaus is in an optimal location near the sea, with the fine sandy beach just a 5-minute walk away, as well as close to the Schlei at the beautiful marina in Port Olpenitz.
The house is oriented with the terrace facing southwest, so you can enjoy the sun there all day long in good weather.
By the terrace, we have created a small garden for you, whose grasses have already grown tall and create a cozy atmosphere. Adjacent to this is a large shed where you can securely store your bicycles. It is positioned in such a way that it also provides shelter on the terrace during windy weather, so you can comfortably linger here even in rough weather.
The surrounding houses are not built too close together, so you can enjoy the view of greenery from the terrace!

Dream house in the best location
Our stay in this holiday home was simply perfect all around. The house is very generous and spacious, so you feel comfortable right away and have enough space to really relax. The location is particularly beautiful – the sea right at the door is simply dreamy.
The amenities also leave nothing to be desired. Everything is very high quality, well-maintained, and lovingly furnished. You can tell that great importance is placed on ensuring that guests feel comfortable. We really enjoyed the time and have already booked again. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing vacation in a great location!

Cuddle House Deluxe
We felt very comfortable in the Kuschelhaus from the very first moment.
The house is very lovingly and tastefully furnished, and it has everything needed for a cozy gathering and cooking together. The equipment is truly exceptional and of high quality!
The large windows let in a lot of winter sun, everything is bright and friendly, the beach grass dances in the sunset…. The house is well oriented and has a lot of privacy compared to others! Simply wonderfully relaxed, even when it rains. The nature all around invites you to walk and cycle, which we took full advantage of. The Schlei surprised us with fantastic wild hiking opportunities, the beach is almost at the doorstep. We would come back immediately.
