Older small house with terrace and large lawn, bordered by shrubs and trees against the wind. Quiet neighborhood, pleasant neighbors. Privacy screen provided by the already older plant stock is ideal. In the forest-like surroundings, various animal species can be seen. The house itself is functionally furnished. The sofa and decorative cushions should be replaced, as they have stains. The beds are comfortable and equipped with various blankets and pillows. The location is within walking distance to the beach. A recreational area along the coast invites hiking and wildlife observation. Shopping options in the village are reachable on foot in 10 minutes or by car in 2 minutes. The cottage is recommended for nature lovers who have no high demands and prefer an affordable accommodation.
