This holiday home with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna is located in a unique dune area close to Saltum Beach, one of Denmark's best beaches. From several places in the house as well as part of the terraces there are views to the sea. The cottage has a beautiful pool area, whirlpool and sauna. In the pool you will find i.a. swimming coach so that fitness can be maintained. Close to the house is also beautiful natural surroundings with, among other things, forest and dunes. The house is modernly furnished and contains a large sunken living room and kitchen / living room, both of which overlook the pool area and the sea. In the living room there is a wood burning stove, which provides a good heat in most of the house. There are two large lofts, one of which has toys and PlayStation 3. The house has internet at a speed of 1000/1000. In both of the house's bathrooms there is underfloor heating. The cottage has two heat pumps, so the heating is easy and comfortable all year round. In addition to the swing and sandbox, there are large terraces all around the house. Among other things, enjoy a fantastic view from the large terrace that is raised in level in relation to the rest of the house and outside areas. With this large selection of terraces, it is always possible to find both sun or shade. Not for rent to youth groups.

Leider war das Haus und insbesondere der Poolraum nicht sehr sauber, Die Reinigung erfolgte am nächsten Tag durch Dancenter, Uns wurde gesagt, dass die Eigentümer das Haus üblicherweise selbst reinigen, Ein Teil der Einrichtung konnte nicht genutzt werden - wackelige Stühle, defekte Jalousie, fehlende bzw, defekte Absturzsicherung bei den beiden oberen Etagenbetten, die einzige Leiter für die Etagenbetten war kaputt, Zudem standen erhebliche Alkoholvorräte der Eigentümer frei zugänglich im Wohnbereich, In dem meisten Kleiderschränken waren Sachen der Eigentümer eingelagert, / / Ãußerst positiv sind der Außenbereich und die überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung der Küche,

The layout is very good. The terrace outside around the house is simply fantastic and beautiful and practical. In addition, the many seating options around the house. Very nicely located house, terrace at the back and pool not visible from the outside, morning sun on the terrace at the front, very suitable for breakfast. The back terrace gets sun from noon. Both terraces are generously equipped with various garden furniture. There are sheltered spots around the house. The furnishings and kitchen equipment are above the usual standard. The pool is large, heated, and has a counter-current system. The house is divided into two sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. A very cozy living room with designer bean bags is on a different level. From the house and the back terrace, you have a view of the sea, and there is also a small secluded sun deck above the main terrace. Swings and a sandbox are available for younger children. The technical equipment of the house is also above the usual standard.
