The nearest neighbor is the house owner, 11 m, patio to the house owner is on the opposite side in relation to the holiday home. Distance to boat, 2 km to marina. Hiking trails: 0-3 km from the holiday home. For rent: Øien530F with 40 HP Honda with GPS / chart plotter / echo sounder. Life jackets are included in boat rental. Experience Kristiansund city with the world's oldest passenger boat company Sundbåtene, water park, take the trip to the fishing village Grip by speedboat from Kristiansund. Submarine tunnel from Kristiansund to Averøya with rock carving, stave church, beautiful mountains, islands, and sound. On to Atlanterhavsveien, Hustadvika National Park, the fishing village Bud.
