There are 3 bedrooms in the house. Fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances (2x fridges, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave). Panoramic view from the living room window. Fireplace, German TV. Internet
Exit to balcony from the living room.
Bathroom with shower.
There is a heat pump in the house, so guests can set a desired temperature.
Large terrace with gazebo and garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking space
The house has a 19 foot aluminium boat with a 50 hp engine. Echo sounder, GPS and chart plotter, as well as life jackets and laminated sea charts are included. Boat costs: 600€ / week.
Large freezer (350L) for big catches is also in the house.
It is 30 m to the fjord, jetty and the boat. Filleting place with running water directly on the shore.
