Since the pool and park area is only exclusively available and accessible to the residents of this house, you have a quiet, pleasant , private and not overcrowded facility here .

1 bedroom with double bed ( 2 single mattresses) , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be assembled into a double bed ) , 1 sofa bed in the living room , a cot can also be provided.
Large living - and dining room with balcony ( south facing sun = side) and stunning views of the canal , the park and pool area.
The large furnished balconies already invites you to breakfast in the sunshine .
The modern kitchen offers all the comforts (dishwasher , microwave, fridge -freezer, oven, coffee pad machine ( Senseo) , toaster, etc. ) .
1 bathroom with shower , toilet and washing machine.
Sofa set (can be used as a sofa bed ) and armchairs , entertainment available for you satellite TV, music , games and books ready .

Ampuriabrava is the largest marina in Europe and is a modern resort with very good infrastructure.

the pool was always super clean and never crowded
ideal with a dog - good walking opportunities right in front of the house
in the morning you can walk to the supermarket to buy fresh bread and newspapers
