This splendid luxuriously furnished villa is located on the well laid out and very quiet park 't Hoogeland.
Living room
In the bright living room you enter through two glass sliding doors onto the spacious terrace with hardwood table and benches. The living room with open kitchen is cosy and modernly furnished and equipped with all luxuries. Here you can sit at the table for a long time after a lovely meal or enjoy a good glass of wine or Texel beer by the gas fireplace while watching your favourite programme on the curved smart TV with wifi.
Luxurious bedrooms
The house has four spacious bedrooms. The largest bedroom on the ground floor has a Smart LED TV with Wifi and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower. You will sleep in extra long Eastborn box spring beds.
On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, they also have Smart LED TV with Wifi and Eastborn extra long box spring beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, luxury shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with luxury shower and sink. The toilet is separate.

It is one of the most beautiful places on Texel, on the edge of the forest and dunes in the middle of the unique nature area De Dennen, which is part of the national park "Duinen van Texel". Enjoy the beach, the sun and the sea or a delicious lunch at Strandpavillon 17, which is only 1.5 km away. When you come home from an eventful day, you can relax by the gas fireplace with a lovely wine. For children, the Calluna swimming paradise and the Schipbreuk - en Juttersmuseum Flora are just a stone's throw away. De Zandkes is the ideal base for the most beautiful cycling, walking or horseback riding trips across Texel.
