Best location - quiet but absolutely central. ONLY 2 minutes walk to the beach and the center.

Also, a barbecue area with seating is located in the garden area.
Closed car parking spaces are available.
All apartments are identical, very nice and modern.
The swimming pool is open all year round.
All apartments are equipped with:
SAT-TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, alarm system, safe, large furnished terrace with awning, modern and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, etc.
Is also ready for general use:

in the street: Requesens Around 35 years ago this holiday paradise was created on the Spanish Mediterranean coast modeled after Florida. Ampuriabrava is located in the Bay of Roses on the Costa Brava, about 40 km south of the French border and 130 km north of Barcelona. Ampuriabrava is the largest marina in Europe and is a modern resort with very good infrastructure. At the more than 30 km of navigable seawater canals determine villas with private moorings and beautiful gardens the image. In addition to the quiet residential are in the center, a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, malls, etc. The marina has boat ramps and cranes (up to 50 tons). There are also several multi-lingual doctors and pharmacies in the town.
