Spectacular terraced house just a few metres from Muro Beach.
Great location, 400 meters from the beach where there is a water sports school and the natural park of s'Albufera.
Capacity for 8 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are another three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
There is a double bed and all the other bedrooms have two single beds.
Fully equipped open kitchen next to the dining room - living room. In the lounge area there are two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and a large table for 8 people.
The whole house is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi.
Charming outdoor area, it has a 3x5 metre swimming pool, sun beds, barbecue area and a porch with a table and capacity for 8 people to enjoy pleasant meals and evenings in the company of family or friends.
There is also a billiard table and a ping pong table to play.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
