There is also a restaurant in the holiday village, which is also within 3 minutes walking distance.

The holiday village is close to the Eckwarderhörne bathing beach at the beacon. If the tide in the North Sea is low, you can use the lake in the holiday village. Our holiday home is located in the municipality of Butjadingen

Butjadingen is a family-friendly municipality on the North Sea, which offers many attractions for young and old.

  • §4 Stornierung und Aufenthaltsabbruch (1) Storniert (kündigt) der Mieter den Vertrag vor Mietbeginn, ohne einen Nachmieter zu benennen, der den Vertrag zu denselben Konditionen eintritt, sind als Entschädigung unter Anrechnung der ersparten Aufwendungen die folgenden anteiligen Mieten (ausschließlich der Endreinigung) zu entrichten, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist: bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn 10% des Mietpreises bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn 30% des Mietpreises bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn 60% des Mietpreises bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn 90% des Mietpreises Ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100% des Mietpreises Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten. (2) Der Mieter kann jederzeit einen geringeren Schaden nachweisen. (3) Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet. (4) Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich über den Postweg erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter.

The house is highly recommended :)

We (my husband and I) found a very clean house
The abundant crockery was clean and tidy in the cupboards. Internet worked perfectly. Great TV with all the usual channels (you just have to look for them ;) ). We also liked the internet radio under the TV
About the rooms: The box spring bed was great, I slept great on it; my husband found it a bit too soft. The pillows were not that great, but if you bend it and put it in the cover, it was fine, contrary to expectations ;) . In this bedroom there is also a large wardrobe, a bench and a hook rail.
In the small room with the sofa and the loft bed I would put a small side table. Then you have something to put it on ;)

It's not far to the dyke crossing, where you can go for a lovely walk.
In the park is the Deichgasthof To`n Spieker: super great - definitely try it out - not only very tasty, but also a lot of food and great dishes!!!!

The manager is nice and always there quickly.

About the booking: Quick reply, nice contact. However, the refund of the deposit took 2 weeks - that can be done faster ;)

We will definitely book this house again for our next holiday in Butjadingen.
