Description
Enjoy your holiday to the full, in fine weather also outside on the terrace and a spacious garden with optional use of our outside whirlpool. (Due to legal regulations, we are currently not allowed to offer the whirlpool)
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and plenty of storage space. You can eat your meals in our conservatory overlooking the natural pond.
For your entertainment, there are several TVs, games and books at your disposal
Our house is equipped with four bedrooms. One of them is on the ground floor with a separate bathroom next door.
Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms, some with balcony, and a large bathroom with bathtub.
A baby cot with changing mat and a high chair are available for our little guests
Especially interesting for families: A washing machine and a dryer are also available
You have a car with you? Two car parking spaces belong to the holiday home. In our shed you will find space for your bicycles and a handcart is stored there.
The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants, as well as the North Sea, are in the immediate vicinity
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our house. This holiday home is a non-smoking accommodation.

"Top Ferienhaus" translates to "Top holiday home" in English.
A really great holiday home for several people. Very nice property with a hot tub!
Even the caretaker Michael Scherschanski took care of us right away. One call and he helped immediately!
We were there as a couple with our adult children, a total of 8 people.
Great facility, had a lot of fun playing Viking chess and many other games. It was a few very nice days and the weather was also good - when angels travel!

Feel-good house with feel-good surroundings
We had a great stay !
The house is super equipped and furnished with attention to detail! The garden with whirlpool invites you to stay for a long time!
We had one or two questions and Mr. Scherschanski, the caretaker, always had an open ear for us and answered within minutes!

Great amenities - for feeling good
The location of the house is very central to the beach, so it's perfect for a vacation. The equipment is very high quality and we didn't miss anything. The contact with the landlord was exceptionally friendly, Holideluxe made a very professional and customer-oriented impression. Thank you very much for that!
