Description

This is a ground floor flat of approx. 90 m2 for 4 people with 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and an extra WC.
The flat is comfortably furnished, ceramic hob with 4 cookers, oven, microwave, egg boiler, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer and safe.
This is a non-smoking domicile.
Towels, shower towels, dish towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
The holiday flat has free internet access.
Dogs are welcome. The property is fenced and approx. 600m2 large, where the four-legged friends can let off steam
No extra costs are charged for the furry noses and the final cleaning.

About the surroundings
Schwerinsdorf is a quiet little place where you can relax.
As you can see from the pictures, there is an extensive and beautiful cycling route.
The nearest larger shopping facilities and restaurants are in Hesel, 4 km away, or in Remels, 6 km away.
Here, on the side roads and the nearby Hesel forest, there are ideal conditions for long walks.
The bathing lake in Großsander is about 13 km away
20 km away is the town of Leer with its beautiful harbour and historic old town.
The Dutch city of Groningen is about 1 hour's drive away.
The North Sea coast is about 45 minutes away by car.

Great vacation

It was very nice again in the accommodation. Everything you need is there, nothing was missing. The dogs had their fun and could play nicely on the lawn. We would love to come back, we were not there for the last time.

Hiking holiday on 12 feet

The holiday apartment was really very cozy and invitingly designed, so we (2 people & 2 dogs) felt comfortable right away. It offers everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We would especially like to highlight the fully equipped kitchen. During our stay, we hiked a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful nature in the surrounding area, despite the sometimes changeable weather. Overall, we can recommend this accommodation without reservation. It is ideal for all those seeking peace and nature!

Super cool with dogs

It is a beautifully large apartment, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything one needs. Especially our two dogs, Nika and Brian, had a great time in the securely fenced garden. The area is very quiet and perfect for walking. In the nearby town of Hesel, you can find everything you need. The landlords are very nice and helpful. We were especially pleased with the stocked refrigerator for our arrival day on a Sunday. Thank you again for that.
We will definitely come back.

An apartment to feel at home!

Since we are traveling with 2 dogs, we chose this apartment. The best decision! Here, you truly feel welcome with the dogs! The fenced area is really safe and the dogs can run free! The interior is lovingly decorated with great attention to detail and nothing is missing!! Everything is top-notch.

As always, top quality.

We were at the great vacation home with our small dog for the third time. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather, but still did a lot of things. We would come back anytime and felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available. The landlords are very nice, as well as their two dogs.

It was a wonderful week in your holiday home. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Everything was there and very cozy. In the fridge, we already found everything needed for the first breakfast! Great holiday home with good facilities

We stayed with our dog in the holiday house for one week. The holiday house was very well equipped, even with things we had forgotten at home.

There were already free chilled drinks and small snacks in the refrigerator. Thanks again for that.

Very nice quiet location and within a few minutes drive you are in the surrounding towns (Hesel, Uplengen, etc.)

For trips to Holland, Aurich, Emden or the coast, you need less than 1 hour by car.

From the house, you can also start nice walks or bike tours.

We really liked it and we can absolutely recommend the holiday house.

The owner of the house was always available to us for questions.

Very nice house at a very fair price !!!

Beautiful time

"We had a super relaxing week at the Saathoff's. The apartment is great. You don't miss a thing. Everything was very clean, we felt super comfortable. The large garden was really great for our dogs, everything was secured. If you want to go for a walk with the dogs, you have plenty of opportunities. Relaxing holiday

Relaxing holiday

We spent 2 weeks in this great holiday flat in Schwerindsdorf. From the first minute until our departure we felt comfortable and at home. This holiday flat really has everything you need. It is very clean and furnished and decorated with love.
It was just a pity that we couldn't use this great garden as we didn't have the weather for it. But that didn't detract from our great and relaxing holiday.

From the flat you can walk the dog wonderfully and if you want to visit something, there are all kinds of possibilities in the immediate vicinity. We would like to thank the Saathoff family and can recommend the flat without hesitation.

A beautiful vacation week in Schwerinsdorf

A short week in Schwerindorf!

We enjoyed a short week in your beautiful holiday home. It is a lovely house, fully equipped. Cozy living room. Good beds and a nice bathroom. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather. But you can still take walks in the Heselerwald and the Hohler Sand, a nature reserve. We also took a nice route in Timmel, a signposted route of more than 12 km. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home, you can also go hiking and cycling.

Our dog Jack had a great time as well. Even a dog bed and food bowls were provided for him. The garden is completely fenced in.

The city of Leer is highly recommended. And the food at Mühlenhof in Bagband is definitely worth a try.

In short, we had a wonderful short break with the Saathof family. Friendly, warm landlords. We will happily come back! With kind regards,

Beautiful!!!

We can unreservedly recommend the holiday flat. Everything you needed was there, even more, from vegetable oil to dishwasher tabs to coffee powder to aluminium foil - everything was there, super clean and well maintained. The large fenced property was ideal for the children and also for our dog, who felt very comfortable there and even had his own basket in the living room. The 2 bicycles, which were provided free of charge and with which you could reach and explore everything directly from the flat, were also practical. The landlord, Mr Saathoff, greeted us warmly on arrival and he, as well as his wife, always had an open ear, be it for questions about sights or just to have a quick chat. In short, this was not the last time we stayed there and we will 100% come back. Top keep up the good work!!!!!

Holiday apartment to feel good

When booking and up until the day of arrival, we had nice contact with Mr. Saathoff via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, we and our dog were greeted by Mr. Saathoff. The key handover took place on site, and we were shown the very nice, cozy, lovingly furnished apartment. Come in and feel comfortable. That's how I felt. Unfortunately, we had to leash our dog every time he wanted to go out to pee, as there is no fence. But we didn't find that to be a big deal. We will definitely come back when we visit my parents again. It was a very nice 3 days with you.
