This property with 3 holiday houses is located at a road parallel to the fine sandy beach of the village Analipsi on the northern coast of Crete. The holiday domicile DAVEN is the first house of a row of three holiday houses built one behind the other. The holiday houses are located on an enclosed, shared property with a distance of 5 to 10 mtr between each other. The house in the far back is used by the German landlord for some weeks during the year. The far stretching sandy beach of Analipsi and some shopping facilities and further amenities are in walking distance of this holiday domicile.
The solid built, two-storey stone house DAVEN is comfortably and tastefully furnished. There is ground-level access from the terrace of the house to the spacious living/dining room with adjoining kitchen. From the living room you get to the bathroom. You get upstairs via a freestanding, wooden staircase leading to both bedrooms and the bath. From the hallway you have access to a balcony with an umbrella and sunbeds.

Optisch sehr schönes Haus, aber die Inneneinrichtung war schon etwas verlebt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, inklusive Tipps über Busverbindungen und umliegende Orte. Der Ort hat alles zu bieten, kleine Supermärkte hatten sogar glutenfreie Lebensmittel. Schöne Restaurants und Beachclubs sind vorhanden. Der Strand war schön, teilweise steinig, aber das war kein Problem. Alles im allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.
