The TRIOPETRA VIEW property with pool is situated on a beautiful, gently sloping plot of land in the charming countryside of southern Crete, with a magnificent view of the sea. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the chapel of the same name Aghios Ilias at the top, stands the well-kept property, consisting of 4 holiday homes. The holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 and 2 are built slightly staggered behind each other. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away from them the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 stand next to each other.
The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1.10 to 1.5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is located in front of the holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by a lawn of approx. 160 sqm, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The view from the pool to the sea, the Triopetra bay and the surrounding landscape of southern Crete offers unforgettable holiday moments.
The holiday house is set on elevated ground floor, approx. 5 steps above garden level. The house has a beautifully furnished living/dining room with adjoining kitchen in matching colours. he sofa bed in the living room is suitable for 2 children or teenagers. From the living room you get to the bedroom and the bath. From all rooms and terraces of the house you can enjoy a beautiful, wide view across the Libyan Sea and the coastal landscape of south Crete. From both, the living room and the bedroom, there is direct access to the front terrace of the holiday house with a magnificent sea view.
Secluded tranquillity, Mediterranean country idyll, a charming coastal landscape, magnificent sandy beaches and a very clean sea is what you can expect in this part of the southern coast of Crete.
The distance to the next village Akoumia is about 10 km. The distance to Spili, where you have a wide choice of shopping facilities is approx. 20km. There are some taverns on the large beach of Triopetra and also on the small Triopetra beach just below your accommodation.

It is paradise! From the terrace, there is a breathtaking 360-degree view of mountains and the sea. The huge pool provides quick refreshment. The beach is reachable on foot in 10-12 minutes. Two taverns take care of the culinary needs there after swimming or snorkeling. We were able to flexibly adjust the times for check-in and check-out with the landlord, which helped us a lot.

9 days in Crete at Triopetra 2 were our most relaxing vacation in recent years. Only nice weather and especially with the accommodation, everything was perfect. The location on the still little-developed southern coast has something special. There are almost no tourists here at all. The house is located together with Triopetra 1 quite alone on the slope with a beautiful view of the coast. Tioperta 1 offers a great panoramic view, and from our house, one could see the coast to the east with the sea, and from another spot on the terrace towards the village of Triopetra (a few scattered houses). We often moved the table on the terrace to enjoy the unique sunset while having dinner. In contrast to Triopetra 1, House 2 has the advantage that the terrace cannot be seen from the road (about 3 cars per day and some pedestrians from the nearby jogging school), allowing for complete freedom of movement. From the bedroom, one has an unobstructed view of the sea from the bed through the open terrace door, and one can hear the soothing sound of the waves. The direct beach can be reached in about 800 meters via a small footpath through a dried-up riverbed. Here, nudism prevails, but textiles are also possible. On the beach, there were about 4-5 couples over 1 kilometer. To reach the main beach of Triopetra with 3 taverns, showers, sun umbrellas, and loungers, you have to drive about 3 km. As a starting point to visit the cultural highlights of Crete, the house is less suitable, as for example. For our daily goals in the nearby area: Rethymno, picturesque gorge of Ayia Galini, market of Mires, Previli Beach, the dropout place with caves Matala always required a drive of at least 1 hour, often even more. Valuable from Jassu was the tip to shop for daily necessities at Lidl near the airport upon arrival. In Triopetra, one can eat cheaply, but there is nothing to buy. Overall, a dream vacation with a great coastal backdrop perfect for relaxing.

Endroit avec vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes. Isolé de tout. Maison de style contemporain avec magnifique piscine et chaises longues pour la détente en fin de journée. Points positifs: - gentillesse de Giannis et son épouse -petites attentions à l’arrivée. - infrastructure très intéressante -climatisation parfaite (chambre et salon) -pression d’eau de la douche très puissante -terrasse très agréable propreté des lieux -à 5 minutes de voiture de la superbe plage de Triopetra (ma préférée ️) -plusieurs tavernes autour dont la Taverne Apaneima : accueil irréprochable du propriétaire. Points négatifs: -le VENT!!!!!! Parfois impossible de s’asseoir sur la terrasse lors de notre séjour : phénomène incontrôlable de la nature -sachez que le supermarché se trouve à 30 minutes de voiture: village de Spili. Toutefois, ces deux mentions n’enlèvent rien à la beauté de ce lieu. Allez-y sans hésitation si vous aimez la tranquillité
