In a beautiful, gentle slope, with a magnificent view of the sea, the property TRIOPETRA VIEW with pool is located on a large natural plot, in the charming landscape of southern Crete. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the eponymous chapel Aghios Ilias at the top, stand the 4 vacation homes. The vacation houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 and 2 are built slightly offset behind each other. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away are the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 next to each other.
The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1,10 to 1,5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is in front of the vacation houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by an approx. 160 sqm lawn, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The view from the pool to the sea, Triopetra Bay and the surrounding landscape of South Crete offers unforgettable vacation moments.
The vacation house TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 is tastefully furnished, thought through to the smallest detail and ideal for couples or families with children.
The house is located about 5 steps higher than the garden level. Beautifully furnished and color-coordinated living/dining room with adjoining kitchenette. The sofa bed in the living room consists of 2 full size single beds and is very suitable for 2 children or teenagers. The living room is adjoined by the bedroom and the bathroom. From all rooms and the terraces of the vacation house you have a beautiful wide view of the Libyan Sea and the coastal landscape of South Crete. From the living room as well as from the bedroom it goes directly to the front terrace of the vacation house with a beautiful sea view.
What awaits you here is tranquility, seclusion, Mediterranean idyll, beautiful views, great sandy beaches, very clean sea and a charming mountainous coastal landscape and the luxury of a pool with all amenities for a carefree vacation.
To the next village Akoumia it is about 10km, to Spili, where you will find a rich shopping offer, it is almost 20km. There are some taverns at the big Triopetra beach as well as at the smaller Triopetra beach, directly below your vacation home.

Wunderbar - tolle Lage - perfekte Gastgeber. Maria Paraskeva und Paraskevi Koumantaki haben uns unglaublich viel geholfen - wir hatten nämlich einen Reitunfall.

Un'angolo di pace tra montagna e mare, se si vuole evadere completamente dal caos questo è il posto ideale, premunitevi di viveri al supermercato prima di arrivare perché in zona quasi il nulla.

Wirklich tolle und vor allem sehr gut gepflegte Anlage mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Alles wirkt neu und modern. Zwei leckere Tavernen in Reichweite am nahegelegenen Strand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Beratung durch das Jassu Team und die hervorragenden Unterstützung in allen Belangen (Flug, Mietwagen, etc.)

Freundliche Vermieter, grosse Ruhe. Die 4 Häuser stehen so, dass Privatsphäre auch im Freien möglich bleibt. Strand und Tavernen fussläufig erreichbar. So wurde es die erhoffte Urlaubserholung.

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft, Herr Koumantaki kümmert sich vorbildlich um die Objekte und den Pool! Die Aussicht ist herrlich und gutes Wetter ist garantiert. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, vielen Dank!

Giannis und seine Familie sind die besten Gastgeber die wir kennengelernt haben. Wir haben uns so freundlich aufgenommen gefühlt, das die Heimreise doppelt schwer gefallen ist. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, alles ist in bester Ordnung und sollte es wider Erwarten ein Problem geben, wird es freundlich und umgehend gelöst. Wir kommen gerne und immer wieder!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten selten eine so saubere Unterkunft. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist wunderbar, wobei die Terasse auch recht windgeschützt ist.

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Alles war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Fotos. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Der Vermieter ein "Schatz". So hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat uns mehrfach mit Leckereien versorgt. Frische Orangen und natürlich Raki. Es war sehr ruhig dort und man konnte sich gut erholen. Wir hatten mehrere Tage (in Süd-Kreta normal) starken Wind und konnten den Sonnenschirm nicht benutzen. Das war etwas schade, weil man es auf der Terrasse in der prallen Sonne trotz Wind nicht aushalten kann. Hier soll es wohl, laut Vermieter, zur nächsten Saison eine Änderung mit einem festen Sonnenschutz geben. Für 2 Personen ist das Haus gerade richtig. Uns wäre es mit 4 Personen zu klein, zumal es auch nur einen kleinen Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer gibt. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Aufmerksame, hilfsbereite und großzügige Vermieter. Wir haben uns fantastisch gut erholt. Trotz vier Bungalows auf dem Grundstück asbsolut privat und ungestört. Wir kommen wieder.

Modernes, gemütliches Appartement mit wirklich tollem "View". 4 von 7 Tagen war es zu windig, den Sonnenschirm aufzuspannen, abends nach Ausflügen stand die Sonne zu tief für den Schirm. Also entweder brutzeln oder reinverkriechen. Schon vorhandene 3weitere Rohbauten liegen uns dann zu dicht aneinander.Intimsphäre gibt es kaum, wenige 100 Meter entfernt ist eine gut besuchte Pension.
