Description

In a beautiful, gentle slope, with a magnificent view of the sea, the property TRIOPETRA VIEW with pool is located on a large natural plot, in the charming landscape of southern Crete. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the eponymous chapel Aghios Ilias at the top, stand the 4 vacation homes. The vacation houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 and 2 are built slightly offset behind each other. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away are the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 next to each other.

The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1,10 to 1,5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is in front of the vacation houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by an approx. 160 sqm lawn, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The view from the pool to the sea, Triopetra Bay and the surrounding landscape of South Crete offers unforgettable vacation moments.

The vacation house TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 is tastefully furnished, thought through to the smallest detail and ideal for couples or families with children.

The house is located about 5 steps higher than the garden level. Beautifully furnished and color-coordinated living/dining room with adjoining kitchenette. The sofa bed in the living room consists of 2 full size single beds and is very suitable for 2 children or teenagers. The living room is adjoined by the bedroom and the bathroom. From all rooms and the terraces of the vacation house you have a beautiful wide view of the Libyan Sea and the coastal landscape of South Crete. From the living room as well as from the bedroom it goes directly to the front terrace of the vacation house with a beautiful sea view.

What awaits you here is tranquility, seclusion, Mediterranean idyll, beautiful views, great sandy beaches, very clean sea and a charming mountainous coastal landscape and the luxury of a pool with all amenities for a carefree vacation.

To the next village Akoumia it is about 10km, to Spili, where you will find a rich shopping offer, it is almost 20km. There are some taverns at the big Triopetra beach as well as at the smaller Triopetra beach, directly below your vacation home.

Wir haben eine tolle Erfahrung in Antonios Unterkunft gemacht. Der Gastgeber war sehr flexibel, freundlich und immer anwesend, um mit Empfehlungen zu helfen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und eine gute Alternative zum Strand, wenn es windig war. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall einen Besuch!

A very beautiful, clean facility with a wonderful view of the sea. Everything you need is available. You are in good contact with the landlord, and everything is taken care of quickly. We were very satisfied. Two beautiful, uncrowded beaches are within walking distance, a natural beach and a beach with a tavern and sunbeds, depending on your needs. A car is needed for the facility, and some stocking up is necessary since the nearest supermarket in Spili is about. It is located 20 minutes away by car. Those looking for a quiet vacation without much hustle and bustle are exactly right here.

The house is new, very clean, and lovingly decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. The house has a beautiful view that you can enjoy from the terrace. Furthermore, we were surprised by the owner with various delicacies (oil, honey, figs, wine, and raki) from the region. The only downside is a parasol that cannot be used in strong winds. A fixed roof is missing here to better use the terrace even in windy conditions. During our next vacation in Crete, we would like to rent this house again.

It was wonderful again! We were in this house for the second time and were not disappointed again. Giannis is such a sympathetic and helpful landlord. The house is still very well maintained and there is nothing to complain about. The pictures also correspond to the actual conditions. The pool is wonderful and really very large for the 4 houses. We were welcomed again very warmly and provided with "goodies." Had a small problem with the door from the living room to the terrace, it wouldn't open. Giannis fixed the problem in no time with my husband as an assistant :-) What we found very unfortunate was that the promoted IRINI Mini-Market was closed or when we were there on the first day on Monday, there was no merchandise. They told us that the delivery would come the next day... unfortunately, that was not the case, and even one day later, on Wednesday. was then completely closed and was not opened again during the 14 days of our stay. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly what happened. Still a shame, as this would have been a great addition. So we shopped again in Akoumia, Spili, and Kerames. The way there is of course quite far. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time again and would book the house again and again. The process through Jassu Reisen was again uncomplicated and prompt. Many thanks!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this house. Everything was as described and matched the photos. Very beautiful and well-maintained house. The landlord is a "treasure". So helpful and friendly. He provided us with delicious treats several times. Fresh oranges and of course Raki. It was very quiet there and we were able to relax well. We had several days of strong wind (normal in South Crete) and couldn't use the sun umbrella. That was a bit of a shame because despite the wind, one couldn't stand it on the terrace in the full sun. According to the landlord, there will be a change with a permanent sun protection for the next season. The house is just right for 2 people. For us, it would be too small with 4 people, especially since there is only a small wardrobe in the bedroom. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. All in all, it was a nice stay and we would book the house again.
