Great views and quite perfect for people who doesn't want to be very close to busy places. Parking available and responsive host. I recommend an upgrade on bed mattresses as they look very cheap and aren't very confortable. overall a great experience and everything you need is available as per description. happy with our stay

A perfect place for a family or group of friends, quiet, private beach down some steps, place is rudimentary but clean and comfortable with everything you need. A lovely bbq area an outside dining place with loungers, plus balconies to enjoy the sun and view. Quite near the village, could be walkable but also not far to drive. Owner, Elli is extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely all stay again A little heaven away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.

Basically a very good place with a great private access to the sea. Exceptionally nice owner who is within reach, she also provided us with beach chairs and a parasol to take with us, and we could use a canoe. Regarding the surroundings, it must be said that despite the quieter location, one was not completely undisturbed. If, like us, you are very sensitive to noise, there are some sources of noise such as loud party music from yachts docking below and the beach noise from the large, very busy beach, depending on the wind, or various construction works by the neighboring holiday home owners. Also good to know, there are several dogs on the property, so one should not be afraid of dogs. A very kind and quiet dog from the neighbor visited us daily.

It is located directly on a small bay, which is particularly suitable for young children, as the water there is very shallow for a long way. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. Everything you need is available in the house, from salt to soap to laundry detergent. The landlords are very nice.

We, a family with two small children, had a great week in mid-May in the Miranta apartment. The apartment was well equipped. We didn't miss anything. The sea for swimming was right at the doorstep. A very beautiful sandy beach is only a few minutes away. About a 5-minute bike ride. There was a beautiful sunset every evening, which you could watch from the rooftop terrace or one of the terraces in front of the house. The apartment is located slightly outside of Nikiti and it was very peaceful for us. You should have a car or bicycles. Otherwise, the distances are quite long but doable. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were given water and two glasses of honey upon arrival. We can very well imagine coming back here for a vacation.

The size, location, and view of the house are fantastic. Every evening you can experience the spectacle of a sunset. It's a dream. The outdoor area of the house is also very spacious with various seating and lounging options, several sun umbrellas, etc. A very beautiful beach is only a 5-minute walk away. You can walk comfortably to the village with many nice restaurants and bars in just under half an hour, and other beautiful beaches and excursions can be easily reached by car from the village in 10 to 20 minutes.

Bella casa, spaziosa, in zona silenziosa, con splendida vista. perfettamente corrispondente alle foto. Dotata di tutto il necessario in cucina. Disponibilita di lavatrice e anche asse da stiro. Check in perfetto. Molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Perfetta per raggiungere le belle spiaggie della parte ovest, ma in 15-20 di macchina min si raggiungono anche quelle della parte est. Accesso al mare da una scaletta, dove ci è stata resa disponibile una canoa. Cena con splendida vista sul tramonto. Al mattino colazione con vista su un mare super blu. Consigliatissimo.

The landlords were extremely friendly, accommodating, and child-friendly. The overall complex of houses built in Macedonian style is fantastically situated above the sea. A magnificent natural theater! However, it is also true that there is a backlog of renovation, which another reviewer from Münster had already pointed out in 2018. In the five years since then, it seems that nothing has changed. One or two nails on the wall for hanging clothes and an additional wardrobe in the small ground floor room would be helpful. Nevertheless, we would like to return, even though the hot water was out for several days (particularly unpleasant with small children). But that can always happen.

Wonderful house, spectacular view, nice neighbours. There is no kettle or hairdryer, but there is everything you need for a nice holiday. A car is required. A really quiet holiday location, away from this very busy corner of Greece.

We enjoyed the two weeks in the house very much. The furnishings are simple and functional, in keeping with the price range. Priceless, however, is the location. Situated a little outside or above Nikiti, the entire bay lies at your feet as a panoramic picture. It's great cinema and simply gorgeous. If you want to refresh yourself quickly, you only have to go down a stone staircase and you are in shallow water with a sandy bottom. A canoe was also available. The beautiful "house beach" Small Kastri (sand/pebble) is somewhat hidden on the other side of the hill, a 5-minute walk away. A little further south, there is bay after bay with fantastic beaches, such as Kalogria Beach, about 5 km away. Everything is still very relaxed in May before the season starts. This also applies to Nikiti itself, where the calm before the storm still reigned. For shopping, however, you should have a rental car. The big supermarkets (incl. Lidl) are on the main road a little off the coast. Michalis and his family are kind-hearted people who take great pleasure in looking after the house and guests. We can unreservedly recommend the house for guests who want to really switch off. We will definitely come back again.
