We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful property. In the first week, we were in the ground floor apartment, and in the second week in the upper floor apartment. The location of the house is uniquely beautiful and quiet. The terraces around the house with various seating options and the large garden offer plenty of space to retreat, to sit/lie in the sun or in the shade. The view of the sea, the opposite coast, and the passing boats is dreamy. From the upper apartment, there is another view of the surrounding landscape and the sea. The short walks to both bays of the house on foot are ideal. Even in August, we were almost alone on the beach, the water very clear and blue. We were lovingly spoiled by the hospitable landlord family with delicacies. There are many good taverns and restaurants in the area, our selection in Ormos Panaghias is the typical Greek family tavern Gianellis with a beautiful view of the small harbor. In Vourvourou at Karidi, the open-air restaurant Melia is recommended, with slightly modified, modern Greek cuisine. In Elia, the fish restaurant Boukadoura impresses with its location above the sea and the rich variety of fish and seafood.

We had a wonderful week in the holiday apartment in mid-September. The location is beautiful and very quiet; from the terrace, you look out over olive trees and behind them, the sea. Two swimming spots are reachable on foot in five minutes. One has a small beach and is sheltered in a small bay. It is also very good and interesting for snorkeling. We brought a kayak; from there, you can explore the coast with its small islands very well. We also went on beautiful hikes on the peninsula. The landlords have a house next door and are very nice. The house has good amenities; everything you need is there. We also thought the outdoor shower was great; there are sun loungers and a grill in the garden.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Aspro Spiti! Evangelos und seine Tochter Christina waren die freundlichsten, großzügigsten und herzlichsten Vermieter, die man sich wünschen konnte! Das Haus ist noch besser als auf den Fotos - die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend! Man hat das Gefühl, man könnte ins Meer springen. Der Strand, der über einen privaten Weg zugänglich ist, ist halbprivat mit sehr klarem, blauem Wasser! Wir hatten keine Lust, irgendwo anders hinzugehen als an diesen Strand! Der Strand ist geschützt, sodass es sehr ruhig ist, auch wenn es windig ist! Das Haus selbst ist auch ideal für die Selbstversorgung, da es sehr gut ausgestattet ist - man kann jede Art von Töpfen/ Pfannen/ Kochutensilien finden, die man sich vorstellen kann! Wir hatten einen unglaublichen Urlaub und wir werden mit Gottes Hilfe versuchen, in dieses schöne Haus zurückzukehren! Danke!

The house and garden are beautiful. Nothing glamorous and trendy but decorated with taste what we liked. Well equipped. Magnificent view from the terrace and garden full of trees and shadows for an afternoon break. AC is really not necessary. Peaceful and relaxing. On barbecue grilled fresh fish purchased in a nearby Ormos Panagias at the fish market. Children went alone, by local paths, to beaches 100m away from the house. Hosts are very kind and nice. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this property.

House: appealing architecture, very tastefully furnished inside with beautiful natural stone floor, on which some nice kilim rugs are placed, and decorated with unique finds. Kitchen (functional) and bathroom (rather narrow, shower somewhat leaky) undoubtedly do not offer luxury, but are perfectly adequate for a week or two of vacation. Despite only typical local isolation (single glazing, gaps under the doors), cooler spring temperatures were also bearable thanks to the three electric heaters and the open fireplace. Garden: very large, with numerous Mediterranean plants, a bloom of flowers in spring. A wild turtle even lives here. From the property, there is a dreamlike view in many directions of the sea (daily small fishing boats, jumping dolphins, all observable from the terrace). Directly from the garden, you reach a lovely cove (Kienselsteine) via a (steep!) stone staircase (somewhat dangerous for children under three years). Through the neighboring property (allowed!), you can reach an even more beautiful sandy beach within three minutes, surrounded by interesting rock formations. Even in high season, the area should not be overcrowded (only scattered, spacious holiday homes, no large hotels). The proximity to the fishing village of Ormos Panagias is advantageous, where the recommended tavern Ariston is also open early in the year. Aspro Spiti also seems to be a good starting point for excursions (located north of Sithonia and thus a bit closer to the "mainland"). Very nice contact with the landlords (on the phone).

The house is well and, in our opinion, tastefully furnished with important and useful things. The owners, very nice people, were present in the neighboring house during our stay, which pleased us. Unfortunately, because it was September, the wasp plague was somewhat unpleasant. We can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience.

We had a very nice time. We lacked nothing. The property offers plenty of space and sufficient shade. The view of the sea and the sunsets is balm for the soul and the eye. You can also reach a small beach via the stairs, which was somewhat dirty, but the bay is great for swimming. Shopping can be done in the next town about 2 km away.

The location of the house, the view, the tranquility, and the garden are paradise-like! There are two apartments - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. We had the ground floor apartment. The furnishings are rather simple but extensive and lean towards rustic. There is actually nothing missing. Several terraces are available - you have the free choice between shaded and sunny spots with a panoramic view of the sea. In about. 1 km away in Ormos Panagias, there are several restaurants and a mini-supermarket. About 1.5 km away, there are two more supermarkets, and at the entrance of Nikiti, there is a large Lidl. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The contact with the landlord was excellent, and her willingness to help is great! When you walk from the house through the garden planted with olive trees, there is a staircase leading down to a (pebble) beach that only Aspro Spiti and one other house have access to. A second small sandy beach can be reached by turning right at the entrance gate when coming from the house, going down the road, turning left at the fork, and going through a wooden gate. You cross the meadow of this property (which is allowed) and reach this small shallow beach. Distance approximately 250/300 m. From our perspective, the accommodation is absolutely recommended.

Very nice location, pleasant view, but the conditions in the house are unpleasant. The house is not clean, it is full of ants, spiders and it has a bad smell. They checked that it has: a washing machine and dishes, but both are unusable. The view itself and the private beach are worth 5 stars, but it does not compensate with the mess in the house. Otherwise, the contacts from Jassu are very ok, with good and prompt information.

Currently, the house was freshly painted - so it's snow-white, and the ceiling fan has been replaced, now absolutely quiet and effective, the mosquito screens on the windows have also been renewed - all perfect for the individual vacation far away from mass tourism.

We were 4 couples and had the entire house (lower and upper apartment). Very quiet location, great sea view, private bathing bay (pebble beach reached via stairs). However, a car is required. The second bedroom is quite small and only has two single beds that cannot be put together (no problem for children, not ideal for a couple ;-)). Well-equipped kitchen. A fly screen on the terrace door (as on all other windows) would be useful.

The landlord could be called and issues (in our case a small repair) were taken care of immediately.

Мы были первыми в этом году и единственными проживающими на территории (есть ещё квартира на 2 этаже дома и отдельный домик на участке), это наложило определённый отпечаток. Все вопросы (от плохого интернета и горячей воды), которые возникали, решались быстро. Хороший дом, территория замечательная. Расположение дома идеальное, одно из лучших мест на Халкидиках. Много пляжей на любой вкус: от полного уединения до толпы людей, красивая природа, при этом на машине совсем рядом город Никити с множеством магазинов и ресторанов. Пешком до деревни Ормос Панагияс 2,5 км в одну сторону, мы ходили без проблем с 4-х летним ребёнком. Из того что хотелось бы улучшить только наличие выбора подушек и обновление кухни. Наша семья довольна, для нас это было прекрасное, красивое, чистое и полюбившееся место для отдыха. Спасибо за отдых!

Апартаменти просто неперевершені. Вигляд з пагорба на море, оливковий сад, спів цикад, шум хвиль, що розбиваються на скелях, тераса, внутрішнє оздоблення будинку різними автентичними та мистецькими речами дуже сподобалось. Місцевість дуже тиха. Найближчий пляж в пішій доступності. Евангелос та Анжеліка привітні господарі. Єдиний невеличкий мінус це відсутність кондиціонера (лише вентилятори на стелі). Хоча можливо кондиціонери не дуже гармонійно вписуються в концепцію цього будинку. Моя оцінка 10 з 10.

The second bedroom is quite small and has only two single beds which cannot be put together (no problem for children, not too happy for a couple ;-)). Well equipped kitchen. The lower flat is wonderfully spacious with a beautiful view. There are several beautiful and not so crowded bays to choose from. In the next village you can rent small boats cheaply, buy the necessities (a little more expensive than in Nikiti) and eat well in the tavernas. We found the holiday fantastic and will gladly come back.

The house is tastefully and practically furnished, with 2 beautiful terraces with sensational views over the garden, the sea and the opposite coast. The garden (almost a park) is a dream, with many places to sit in the shade and lie down. The house is in an absolutely quiet location. There are 3 small bays within walking distance (5-10 min) for swimming before breakfast. Wonderful turquoise and crystal clear water - with stones some sea urchins, so take bathing shoes! Nice tavernas in the nearby village. Nice excursions on the peninsula with more great bathing bays. Perfect all round - special thanks to the perfectly German-speaking and very friendly owners!!!

I don't think I have ever stayed in a more beautiful place! The location with the beautiful garden and view of the bays is unsurpassably beautiful! The furnishing of the flat itself is a matter of taste (rustic), but the beds are really comfortable! The communication with the hostess went without a hitch, she contacted us immediately about every minor and major problem and when the internet went down (we were there with a teenager), a technician came immediately to replace the router. Unfortunately, the fireplace could not be used, but there were 2 electric heaters. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful house in a dreamlike location in the middle of a large well-kept garden; we had a small pebble beach (bathing shoes!) practically to ourselves, the larger sandy beach was also not very busy (September). Very good water quality, clear and clean, lots of fish. Equipment in the kitchen good, older cooker with good function. Around the house many seating possibilities, variable depending on the position of the sun and the wind. Helpful and extremely friendly but never intrusive hosts, who live in another house on the property in summer. Ideal for a family.
