Everything is great in the accommodation.

This accommodation is clean, cozy, well-equipped, and absolutely tastefully decorated; it couldn't be better. The only criticism I want to mention does not concern the accommodation, the landlord, or anything about the accommodation. My criticism is directed at the gastronomy in Damp, specifically near the beach/harbor; the culinary offerings available there are simply unworthy of the beautiful ambiance. Dining out is only possible with a reservation; otherwise, only snack food is offered (which I can have all year round since I have my own snack business) but at prices that are fitting for a three-star restaurant. So one is always forced to eat outside or cook for oneself; there is a significant need for improvement in this area. Accommodation, people, and surroundings are almost perfect.

Super child-friendly

Great location, not far from the beach and shopping. Very child-friendly with high chair, crib, toys (e.g., Playmobil was even set up). There’s a wagon and sand toys available. Everything is top-notch and very nice, uncomplicated landlords. Highly recommended!

Relaxed and comfortable - just as it should be.

A super nice house in a very good location. Not far from the beach, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The decor is cozy yet contemporary and invites you to stay in bad weather. In good weather, the terrace with garden furniture is inviting. The kitchen is well-equipped; everything you need is available. If anything comes up, the landlord Mr. Klein is immediately reachable and is there to help with advice and assistance. He also has many good tips for the area. In short - a house to feel good in.

Couple vacation?

The host was always easily reachable for questions before and during the vacation and was very helpful! The attic apartment is lovingly decorated, and everything is available for cooking evenings. Bicycles were also provided for free use! The house is within walking distance to the sea, and we didn't miss anything in the area. From our side, there is nothing to complain about.

5-star hotel with a super nice landlord

We have been to this wonderful holiday home several times and we are extremely satisfied every time. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area yet only a few minutes' walk to the beach. Tasteful furnishings. Everything you need for daily use is available. Additionally, it is always super clean! There are even considerations for the children. There is a play area upstairs in the house and sand toys are also provided! Furthermore, the landlord is very friendly and super uncomplicated. We are very happy to come back again. The next holiday in this great house is already booked... Therefore, highly recommended!!!

modern and cozy - 5 stars

The holiday apartment is modern and cozy furnished and has everything one needs on vacation - except perhaps for a small freezer for ice & co., which has been mentioned here more often - but the fridge is larger than usual, which was very beneficial for us as big vegetable eaters. Especially great was the wooden terrace with the comfortable garden furniture for drinking coffee and reading, and the lush green garden where our daughter liked to relax on the lounge chair, and where one could wonderfully observe the wild rabbits that regularly visited despite our dog. There were also additional garden furniture that we did not use (like a grill and a garden dining table with chairs), as well as a wheelbarrow and even bicycles. Such an extensive range of amenities is rarely found in a vacation home.

The kitchen/dining room is also fully equipped: vegetable peeler, potato masher, cheese grater... There is even a large non-stick frying pan (which is unfortunately lacking in most holiday apartments) - a small tip for the landlord: it would be great to have a ladle for the non-stick pan here - we always transferred the food to avoid damaging the pan with the stainless steel ladle ;-)

We had booked a towel/bed linen package, and regarding this, we found everything to be tidy and clean. We really liked the setup in the "children's room": Our daughter was happy about the small console table in front of the window where she could draw and write, and she also thought the mirror above the dresser was great for putting on makeup.

We felt very comfortable overall - the contact with our landlord was also very nice!

The only downside was the shower, which has aged quite a bit and, in our opinion, could use some renovation. Otherwise, the vacation apartment is a 5-star accommodation for us, and we would gladly come back!

Dream house by the Baltic Sea

A beautiful house that we have been booking again and again for over 20 years. Everything is centrally located. You can bike everywhere.

The house is fully equipped and nothing is missing.
It might be worth mentioning that there is no freezer compartment in the refrigerator where you can store ice or ice cubes for drinks in the heat.

If you have any questions, the landlord is always reachable.

We will come back next year as well.

It feels like coming home

This year we were guests in this house for the fourth time. You just feel comfortable and everything you need for life is available in the house. The location is simply great and everything is easily accessible on foot. Mr. Klein is always helpful and ready to assist with questions. We were always completely satisfied and will definitely come back in the coming years.

Simply fantastic!

We have been to this lovingly furnished house 3 times already. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The self-written books by the landlord are fantastic. You can really relax on the terrace with the beautiful furniture. It's a comfortable 10-minute walk to the beach. The landlords are super nice and accommodating. Everything feels very familiar. We will come back because we feel very comfortable in the house.

Lovingly furnished holiday accommodation

We felt very comfortable in this lovingly furnished and perfectly located holiday home. It offers enough space, even for 4 people. The beach, the swimming pool, and the shops including a bakery are just a stone's throw away. Especially charming are the many rabbits and deer that cross your path...or drop by in the garden.

Wellness holiday home

We have now been guests in this holiday home for the second time, a third time is already booked and we will book again several more times. :-) We felt very comfortable and the stay was over much too quickly.

The accommodation is very nice and has everything you need. There are also some toys for children, a few books (for children and adults), and a Playmobil house with a stable. Some beach items like shovels for children are also provided, and a playground is nearby, which is very convenient when you have (young) children.

But the house is also great for adults. The living-dining area is very nicely designed, and there are lovely seating areas on the terrace that invite you to spend time outdoors when the weather is dry. The large glass sliding door to the terrace makes the living room bright. Additionally, we liked that there are insect screens mounted on the bedroom windows on the upper floor, so you can have peace at night from unwelcome roommates. ;-)
Overall, the furnishings of the holiday home are very nice.

The house also has its own parking space. While there is a short walk to it, it is usually possible to drive directly in front of the house for loading and unloading.

The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, as well as a small Edeka and a bakery. A swimming pool and an indoor play center can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.

If you need help or have questions, the very nice landlords are there to help. You simply feel well cared for and welcome. :-)

We will gladly come back.

The coziest vacation home in all of Damp

Thank you for the lovely holiday!
This holiday home is by far the coziest holiday home I have ever stayed in. The house is located quite centrally in Damp and relatively close to the beach. It is not only tastefully and comfortably furnished but also has fantastic facilities (unfortunately no freezer). A special highlight is the small additional toilet located on the upper floor. There is a terrace and a small open garden.
The holiday home is privately managed. The friendly landlord lives nearby and quickly and reliably takes care of things if something is missing or not working.

Best landlord

We had an extremely accommodating landlord, we were able to check in earlier and check out later than stated. He sent us our forgotten clothing item at his own expense. The house is great and we didn't miss anything. He even had a little gift ready for us. We had a great stay and can recommend it 100%.

Lovingly furnished thatched-roof house for feeling comfortable

We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home "Zum Wikinger 366". We enjoy coming here regularly with our small family (1 child + 1 dog) for vacation. The holiday cottage is part of a spacious complex, yet it is quiet with a garden plot behind the house that offers privacy. The house is equipped with everything needed for a carefree vacation. The kitchen equipment is comprehensive, and the interior is lovingly selected and designed. We also appreciate that beach outing essentials are available (such as a handcart or plenty of sand toys) and that bicycles suitable for short distances are provided. The contact with the very friendly owners is uncomplicated and appreciative.
