Our holiday home is located directly behind the dunes, 250m from the beach. It is modern and child-friendly for 8 people. -Arrive and feel comfortable-
At the end of 2020, the house has been completely renovated and redesigned.
New kitchen with ceramic hob (induction), dishwasher, oven/microwave, large fridge and an extra fridge with freezer compartment and much more.

The living room offers a spacious leather couch, HD-TV with cable, DVD player, stereo system
4 individually furnished bedrooms with new design vinyl floors (no softeners). The downstairs bedroom is equipped with TV. Crib and travel cot also available.

New bathroom downstairs with floor-level shower and separate WC.

The highlight of our fenced garden is the large terrace (south-west facing) with glass roofing and electric sunshade. Look forward to relaxing hours in a quiet atmosphere on your large covered terrace in any weather!
Windbreaks, comfortable garden furniture and loungers as well as a barbecue stove are of course part of the equipment.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in South Holland in the villa park< Noordzee Residence De Banjaard> and lies directly on the North Sea coast. The beautiful, kilometre-long sandy beach has repeatedly been voted the most beautiful and cleanest beach in the Netherlands
The unique location between the North Sea, the Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer makes this region simply a water sports paradise.
The park centre with indoor swimming pool (free of charge), supermarket, bakery, restaurant, café, bicycle rental (also electric bikes) and playground can be reached in a few minutes from our house. There is also an extensive sports and animation program for young and old. Ask at the reception.
Furthermore there are: a holiday dialysis centre, tennis court, miniature golf course, archery, games hall, table tennis, large trampoline and of course many small playgrounds spread throughout the park.
Shopping facilities in nearby Kamperland and the surrounding area
For nature lovers, there are beautiful cycling and walking paths around the holiday park - along the beautiful dune landscape or through the surrounding woods and meadows.
For sporty cyclists the round trip < Walcheren> is worthwhile a marvellous tour with different landscape structures or the round trip < Veerse Meer> with nice stop possibilities.
Nearby is the Deltawerk: an interesting exhibition about the protection system against floods and storm surges. Because of their size, the Deltaworks are also called the eighth wonder of the world.
Also visit the historic, picturesque towns: Domburg, Veere, Middelburg and Zieriksee
After so much activity, our holiday home with covered terrace offers a welcome oasis of peace with a feel-good effect.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant may cancel the lease in writing. Upon cancellation, the following terms and compensation obligations apply: - up to 75 days before the start of the rental = 40% of the rental price - up to 45 days before the start of the rental = 50% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the start of the rental = 75% of the rental price In the event of later cancellation or failure to appear, the entire rental price will be charged. There is no entitlement to a refund for early departure. It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance!

The stay in this comfortable holiday home is more than just relaxation. Very good facilities, good location, short distances to the beach and also to the center of the park, very quiet.
Very nice landlords. Anytime gladly again and highly recommended.

Prima house, great area, great vacation
Beautiful family vacation in a large, spacious holiday home. Well-equipped. Very clean. The covered and wind-protected terrace also invites you to stay outdoors in bad weather.
We've been there for the third year in a row and will definitely come back.
