Description Holiday Home Weitkämper, Baltic Sea Resort Schönhagen, Western Baltic Sea, Germany

We welcome our guests to a solid house for feeling at home. Modernly furnished, bright, friendly, well-equipped and cozy. The house is available all year round and is located very quietly on a private road. Fast Wi-Fi with up to 250 Mbit available.

The living area is a total of 90 sqm, divided into ground floor and first floor. The living area with wood-burning stove, open, very well-equipped kitchen and separate dining area for four people is located on the ground floor. From here you can access the fenced garden – east side with sea view – and terrace (west side).
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor. Here there are two separate and enclosed bedrooms for two people each. The spacious bathroom (with shower) is opposite the bedrooms. Marvel at the wonderful and very special view of the Baltic Sea.

The house is suitable for four people. You are welcome to bring your dog.

Cancellation terms:

According to the guest contract. The landlord commits to compensate for damages if the property is not provided. The tenant commits to pay the agreed price, minus the expenses saved by the landlord, if the property is not used. The landlord will endeavor to rent the property to someone else.
