Description Holiday home Weitkämper, Ostseebad Schönhagen, Western Baltic Sea, Germany

We welcome our guests in a solid house to feel good. Modernly furnished, bright, friendly, well equipped and cosy. The house is available all year round and is very quietly located on a private road. Fast WLAN with up to 250 Mbit available

The total living space is 90 sqm, divided into ground floor and first floor. The living area with wood-burning stove, open, very well-equipped kitchen and separate dining area for six people is on the ground floor. From here you enter the enclosed garden - east side with sea view - and terrace (west side).
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find two separate and self-contained bedrooms for two persons each. In addition, we offer sleeping places for two children in the attic, which can be reached from one of the bedrooms via a sliding staircase if required. No bunk beds! The spacious bathroom (shower bath) is opposite the bedrooms. Marvel at the wonderful and very special view of the Baltic Sea.

The house is suitable for four adults with two children. You are welcome to bring your dog.

Cancellation terms:

According to the guest contract. The landlord commits to compensate for damages if the property is not provided. The tenant commits to pay the agreed price, minus the expenses saved by the landlord, if the property is not used. The landlord will endeavor to rent the property to someone else.
