The holiday apartment is located in a terraced house, was renovated in 2010, and is furnished in a rustic, typical local style and functional manner. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facility, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Pompeiana. The holiday apartment is located on a 15,000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Beautiful three-room apartment in Provencal style, its main colour is green and it draws its living energy from the nature that surrounds it. The panoramic view that surrounds it provides access to the private garden where you can relax. Nearby is the small fishing village of Riva Ligure. The garden plot is characterised by typical terraces that rise up to 200 m above sea level and offer views of Riva Ligure, an ancient fishing village. In the immediate hinterland, just a stone's throw from the sea, on a ridge that overlooks it and offers fantastic sunsets in a thousand colours. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early September).

In summer: Swimming opportunity 2 km in Riva Ligure (beach 2 km in Riva Ligure with sand and stones). On the hill, you can go horse riding, hiking or mountain biking. At the beach, you can sail (even rent boats in the harbour), windsurf, dive and fish.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is level and leads directly into the living kitchen. Living kitchen (connecting room) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol). Bedroom with 2 single beds (suitable for under 11 years) and access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and microwave. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet and window.
