With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious living area with an open American-style kitchen, the house offers plenty of space and comfort for a restful stay.
Numerous amenities are available for a pleasant holiday. The well-equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher. In addition, there is Wi-Fi, a safe, and a private parking space on the enclosed property.
Guests with limited mobility have also been considered: the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are designed accordingly and allow comfortable use even for guests with restricted movement.
Thanks to good insulation, the ground floor remains pleasantly cool even on hot summer days, so no air conditioning is required there. A mobile air conditioner is available upstairs. In the living room, you can also receive German-language channels via the television.

We have selected a modern holiday home built in 2015 for you on the beautiful northern shore of Lake Balaton.
The house is located in the charming holiday resort of Gyenesdiás, which delights with its family-friendly beach, small idyllic bathing bays, and numerous cozy restaurants.
Whether relaxing hours by the water, a refreshing swim in Lake Balaton, or a cozy evening with good food – Gyenesdiás offers ideal conditions for a varied and relaxing holiday at Lake Balaton.
The beach of Gyenesdiás offers a truly family-friendly environment with playgrounds, a children's paddling pool, sports competitions led by animators, a mini-disco, and a well-equipped baby-mama room. At the same time, there is no chance for adults to get bored with the beach volleyball court illuminated at night, the beach soccer and streetball courts, table tennis, tengo, and petanque.
Those seeking relaxation can look forward to a sun lounge and a spacious sunbathing lawn.
The Festetics lookout platform is a must if you are vacationing in Gyenesdiás. Hiking enthusiasts can reach the viewpoint via a beautiful path, while the lazy can drive almost all the way to the lookout by car.
Do not be alarmed if the GPS leads you over seemingly unused, bushy, and weedy roads. Just make sure to park the car when you reach the hiking trail and walk the last few steps on foot. The view speaks for itself. When you reach the lookout, the entire western basin spreads out clearly and you can see the "end" of Lake Balaton in its entirety. In addition, the surrounding settlement network can be viewed from above and some salt mines can be seen on the slope. The lookout platform is well maintained and safe for both children and adults. There is a rest area at every corner, so even long-distance hikers can enjoy the view from a pleasant height.
