Description
The holiday flat for eight people is approx. 200 sqm and has a light-flooded living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and much more. The living/dining room is furnished with a large corner sofa, a table, chairs and TV with German SAT reception. The house has a glass door to the terrace with garden furniture . On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with single beds. The other two bedrooms are each in a separate loft and are equipped with double beds. In this cottage there is a toilet with sink and a bathroom with toilet, shower. Washing machine is located in the utility room. The holiday home has underfloor heating . At the back of the house is a large spacious terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Another holiday property and the landlord are in the immediate vicinity, as is a covered swimming pool for shared use. Parking on designated spaces is available in front of the property.

Location and surroundings of object
Only a few minutes' walk away is a very beautiful nature reserve. Sölvesborg is eight km to the west. The nearest beautiful sandy beach is 200 m away. For anglers and canoeists, the salmon river Mörrumsån (25 km), the fishing paradise Harasjömåla (48 km) and the canoeing area Halen (45 km, also rental) are within easy reach. We recommend a boat trip to the island of Hanö from Nogersund (four km). There is also a larger supermarket nearby (four km), which is open all week, and a German restaurant with a beer garden (eight km). Here you can also buy home-made German bratwurst. We also have a very good fish restaurant in the neighbouring harbour. ( Kajutan i Hörvik )
The surrounding area is very suitable for cycling.
We also offer fishing trips on the Baltic Sea, which of course have to be adapted to the wind and weather at short notice.

| We will send you the deposit form with all important details and contact information from our bank. After confirmation of the reservation by e-mail, the tenant pays at least 50% of the rent or the whole rent. After that we send a rental certificate and all necessary information and directions. Please transfer the remaining rental amount at least 8 weeks before arrival at the holiday home. For bookings from the 55th day before the arrival date, the entire rental price must be transferred immediately. A deposit of 2500 250 Euro must be paid by the tenant upon arrival at the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded after acceptance of the holiday home by the landlord on the day of departure. THE LESSOR WILL BE ON SITE AT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, unless departure is very early in the morning or at night. In this case, the deposit will be refunded later by bank transfer. |
Cancellation terms:
You will receive a refund of half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in time by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.

Relaxation, sun, sea & pool
The house is quietly located with a beautiful large terrace where you can enjoy sunshine all day. From the upper bedroom, you can see the Baltic Sea. It takes 2 minutes on foot to reach the first beach. The water is mostly calm, making it ideal for stand-up paddling. Not to forget, the large pool, where you can also swim laps and which is pleasantly warm. The Listerhuvuds Nature Reserve is just a short walk away. Here there are many different hiking options that offer beautiful views of the Baltic Sea.
We can recommend a vacation in this house, located in the idyllic village of Krokås, to anyone. We would gladly come back anytime.

With all the heat records and wildfires in the south, we simply looked in the other direction.
Even before arrival, we had very nice communication with the landlord. Sometimes the response took a bit longer, but that was because he does everything himself and was traveling at the time.
The house is super well-kept and very well furnished. We would have had enough space there even without any problems with two families.
The landlord is super nice and always helped us with good advice.
The saltwater pool was great and was used very often.
We took many trips in the area and enjoyed the time very much.
