Description

The holiday home for six people is approx. 120 sqm and has a light-flooded sleeping loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor and much more. The living/dining room is furnished with a large corner leather sofa, a table, chairs and TV with German SAT reception. The house has a glass door to the terrace with garden furniture and sun awning. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. In this holiday home there is a toilet with washbasin in the loft and a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer on the ground floor, as well as an adjoining sauna (16 sqm). The holiday home is heated with an air/air system.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is part of a small estate, with an additional residential building (landlord), as well as a swimming pool in the garden for common use. Parking is available on designated spaces in front of the property.
A very beautiful nature reserve is only a few minutes' walk away. Sölvesborg is eight km to the west. The nearest beautiful sandy beach is 200 m away. For anglers and canoeists, the salmon river Mörrumsån (25 km), the fishing paradise Harasjömåla (48 km) and the canoeing area Halen (45 km, also rental) are within easy reach. We recommend a boat trip to the island of Hanö from Nogersund (four km). There is also a larger supermarket nearby (four km), which is open all week, and a German restaurant with a beer garden (eight km). Here you can also buy home-made German bratwurst. We also have a very good fish restaurant in the neighbouring harbour. ( Kajutan i Hörvik )
The surrounding area is very suitable for bicycle tours.
We also offer fishing trips on the Baltic Sea, which of course have to be adapted to the wind and weather at short notice.

Please transfer the remaining rental amount at least 8 weeks before arrival at the holiday home.
For bookings from the 55th day before the arrival date, the entire rental price must be transferred immediately.

A deposit of 250 euros must be paid by the tenant upon arrival at the holiday home.
The deposit will be refunded after acceptance of the holiday home by the landlord on the day of departure.
THE LESSOR WILL BE ON SITE AT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, unless departure is very early in the morning or at night.
In this case, the deposit will be refunded later by bank transfer.

Cancellation terms:

You will receive a refund of half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in time by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.

The pearl among holiday homes

We spent a week in Sören's holiday home. We were warmly welcomed and were happy with the beautiful house. It is well furnished, and we lacked nothing. We received great tips from Sören. The highlight is the pool, which we used daily. The surroundings also offer many opportunities and excursion destinations. We will certainly come back and can recommend the house without reservation. A small paradise

We spent 2 weeks vacation at this beautiful place and had a great time relaxing.
Sören is a warm-hearted, very friendly, and accommodating landlord.
He had great excursion tips and was always concerned about our well-being.
The wonderful pool can be used at any time of the day, and you have everything you need. The garden is very well-maintained and borders directly on a forest.
The small village is also right by the water, and the beautiful forest is within walking distance. Sören also has bicycles that can be used. There are 2 nice restaurants in the village, and a shopping option is about 7 km away. We highly recommend this house and Sören as an exceptionally lovely host. You have everything you need for a relaxing vacation there. Sweden and Krokas are definitely worth a visit. At this point, another heartfelt thank you to Sören for the wonderful time.

Super relaxing vacation in a great accommodation

We had a completely successful vacation in this beautiful holiday apartment. The apartment is bright and friendly furnished, and the equipment is fully available. The garden and the pool are very well maintained and invite you to relax. In this lovely place, you can wonderfully unwind and enjoy the vacation. Sören gives many tips for outings, and we went fishing with him - a highlight of our vacation. One wishes for such a nice and funny host! There are also bicycles that can be used to explore the area. Hörvik is a small place with an ice cream parlor and a highly recommended restaurant. The small beach also invites swimming. We felt very comfortable - and definitely plan to come back!

Great vacation in Sweden

We were very surprised by the hospitality. We were received super nicely. Unfortunately, that is rare. The holiday home is very comfortably furnished and we didn't miss anything. The surroundings are fantastic. The sea is right outside the door and the nearest supermarket is not far away either. We will definitely come back. Thanks for everything.

Dream holiday

Very nice holiday home with everything you need. Everything tip-top in order and clean! Great location. You only have to go down the street and you are at the sea with several beautiful sandy beaches.
The sea was too cold for us this year. It is better to go to the big pool directly at the house, which is heated by a solar system and offers wonderfully warm (29°C) water. The terrace has a large table and chairs with comfortable cushions and an electrically extendable awning. Here you can spend the whole day and enjoy your holiday. We had a great trip to Hanö - thanks again to Lukas. Thanks to Sören's fishing skills, we were able to enjoy the best fish imaginable

There are many excursions to do in the near and far surroundings. There are many good and inexpensive options for lunch - an all-round successful holiday that was over far too quickly! We will be back next year!

Relaxed holiday in Sweden

This is the 6th time we have stayed in this holiday home and we are always delighted. The beach in the immediate vicinity is very child-friendly and clean (playground, toilet, changing room). Sören is a very attentive and helpful host. He is always there to help and advise, but also gives you complete privacy. The heated and covered pool is unbeatable, as you can use it in any weather. In the house there are games and books to pass the time. On cooler days, the available sauna is soothing. The house is located in a quiet residential area with a view of the Baltic Sea. We would love to come back and can recommend the house without reservation.

Dreamlike holiday

We can recommend this property without reservation. The house is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. All appliances work perfectly, the large bathroom offers enough space to organise yourself as a family. The washing machine and dryer are very practical for longer stays.
A large terrace with awning invites you to linger, barbecue and relax. The garden and the entire property are very well maintained - so you get a real holiday feeling.
The highlight is of course the huge heated pool directly in front of the house - so you are not dependent on the Swedish weather. The sea is only a few metres away on foot and offers opportunities for swimming, stand-up paddling and much more.
The landlord also lives on the property and is very friendly and helpful. Where else can you get such good tips for the best restaurants, shopping and leisure activities? We are thrilled by so much commitment to prepare such a great holiday for us. If you want to experience Sweden, you have to have been here. We will definitely be back!

Excellent holiday with Sören and his family.

We have had the pleasure to stay two weeks in this property with two adults and little kids (4&6).

The house is modern, spacious, has a fresh feel, is clean and has everything you would expect in a modern house. The biggest feature is the heated outdoor pool some ten meters from the house and visible from the terrace so that kids can be supervised when they are in the pool.

Sören is a very kind and concerned host who lives next door. He has gone great lengths to make sure that we had a great time, for example hosting a dinner party for all its tenants or inviting us on a fishing expedition to catch fish in the Baltic sea litterally 500m from the house (if you manage to wake up 04:30 in the morning!). We were allowed to eat all fish that we managed to fillett ourselves! Sören is always happy to share his knowledge on the area and make suggestions where to go.

The area is beautiful and features many white sandy beaches and clear water. There three smaller beaches within 300m from the house, all suitable for litte kids. The largest sand beach in the area, which also offers some basic catering, is Sandviken, a 10 minute drive.

There are many small harbours in the area, most of which offer small restaurants with great money for value. The area futhermore offers beautiful forests and fields and one can pick strawberries and other fuits yourself against a modest fee. We had brought our bikes and raced the many gravel tracks in the area, which is also very suitable for roadbiking.

All in all we had a really good time and thank Sören and his family for making that possible. We will be back!
