Description

This magnificent, completely renovated holiday home is situated in a unique location, only a few steps from the dunes, beach and "Boswachterij Westerschouwen" (10 minutes). In the newly laid out garden you can enjoy the sun all day long. After a day on the beach, you can end the day in style with a drink in the lounge corner, while the children have fun on the swing. A wonderful outdoor shower is available.

The spacious, very tastefully furnished living room has a cosy sitting area. There is digital TV with many German channels and free WLAN. Through the swinging doors you enter the magnificent, newly laid out veranda with outdoor kitchen. Here you can optimally enjoy the Zeeuwse rustic atmosphere.

In the generously equipped, open kitchen, next to the dining area, there is an induction hotplate, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom, in the style of a boutique hotel, is located on the ground floor and has a double bed (2 mattresses of 90x200) and sufficient cupboards. It is equipped with a freestanding bathtub, a rain shower with sunshower and a wash basin. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. The house is wheelchair friendly.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all in the style of a Scandinavian boutique hotel. One bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses of 90x200) and a wardrobe, the other two bedrooms have a single bed and are ideal for children. On this floor you will find an extra bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet.

The whole house is centrally heated. Washing machine and dryer are available. There is parking space for two cars on the own grounds. There is a garden house on the property, where bicycles can be stored.

"Burgh & Beach" was renovated in 2020 with high-quality and tasteful materials. The ideal location for those who love luxury and comfort.
