Cosy holiday flat on the ground floor for 2 persons (extra bed possible) on the beautiful island of Usedom in Korswandt, in a quiet location. The entrance is separate. Living room with satellite TV, bedroom with double bed, fitted kitchen with small dining table, hallway, shower and bathtub, terrace. Idyllic location. The Wolgastsee lake is approx. 300 m away. The distance to the white, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is approx. 3 km.

Vacation with unpredictable restrictions

The location of the accommodation was good and as described. Unfortunately, our vacation was marred by complete video surveillance in the outdoor area, and we felt our privacy was restricted. This video surveillance was not mentioned in the listing or indicated on-site. The height of the sanitary facilities in the bathroom does not comply with DIN standards (much too high). There is also no dryer, as described in the listing. The kitchen photos from the advertisement unfortunately do not correspond to the current conditions. This particularly concerns the stove/oven. Although additional or energy costs were declared as included, we were prohibited from charging our vehicle electrically in order to explore the island of Usedom ecologically. This was constantly monitored by video surveillance. We were asked to leave the parking space assigned to us on the first day. The advertisement and the conditions on site unfortunately do not correspond to reality. The initially positive, friendly contact with the landlord and the communication changed very negatively. For the above reasons, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

Dazu möchten wir uns wie folgt äußern:
Erst einmal ist die Bewertung für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Am 7. Tag des Aufenthalts bekam ich eine Sprachnachricht der Fr. Weiher voll des Lobes, ohne jegliche Kritik. Diese Nachricht befindet sich in meinem Archiv, welche ich mir heute noch gern anhöre :-) Am Tag der Ankunft kommunizierten wir u.a. über die Videoüberwachung mit Bewegungsmeldern, was zu unserer Sicherheit und auch zur Sicherheit gegenüber unseren Gästen dienen soll, da es in der Vergangenheit- grad zu dieser Jahreszeit- vermehrt ungebetenen Besuch gab (auch polizeilich belegt). Die Fotos der Küche entsprechen absolut den aktuellen Gegebenheiten. Funktionalität der Geräte wie u.a. 2-Plattenherd und Backofen sind im Portal klar definiert, worüber auch im Vorfeld telefonisch gesprochen wurde. Zum Laden des KFZ der Fam. Weiher: Im Portal ist kein Haken für eine Ladestation von Elektrofahrzeugen angegeben. Im Vorfeld gab es ein Telefonat mit Anfrage der Frau Weiher, ob eine Außensteckdose vorhanden ist, um Akkus von E Bikes zu laden!? :-) Sofort nach der Ankunft machte uns unser Nachbar darauf aufmerksam, dass Hr. Weiher die Verbindung von unserer Außensteckdose zu seinem KFZ unter zu Hilfenahme einer Kabeltrommel herstellte. Hierauf stellten wir nochmals per Telefon gegenüber der Frau Weiher klar, dass dies nicht gestattet sei. Nach einigen Tagen kam es dann wiederholt zu Zuwiderhandlungen, was das Laden des KFZ mit unserem Hausstrom betrifft. Nochmalige Aufforderung dies zu unterlassen wurde nicht befolgt. Hierauf haben wir Hr. Weiher einen anderen PKW Stellplatz zugewiesen, welchen er nicht nutzte, stattdessen stellte er sich, zum Ärgernis unserer Nachbarn, in die Wendeschleife zwischen den Grundstücken.
Für uns stellte sich das Verhalten der Fam. Weiher uns gegenüber als absoluter Vertrauensbruch dar.

Ein absolutes Interesse unsererseits besteht stets darin, dass sich unsere Gäste bei uns wohlfühlen :-)

A very nice vacation

It just all fit together. Nice location, beautiful garden, beautiful apartment. Great landlords. Nothing was missing. Always approachable. Close to the Baltic Sea, Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Poland.

Holiday for relaxing

A very beautiful and sufficient apartment for 2 people. It is lovingly furnished and located in a very quiet forest edge location. We were welcomed very friendly and warmly by the landlords. We went out every day by bike because there are very good and well-developed bike paths. The apartment and the island have contributed to making it a completely successful holiday. We will gladly come back.

Those who seek tranquillity

is exactly right here. Very nice and spacious holiday flat. There is everything you need for a holiday. There is seating in the beautiful garden. We received a very friendly welcome from the landlords. You can reach the Kaiserbäder and the surrounding lakes very well by bike via various cycle paths.
