Description

This detached holiday home can be rented only 20 metres from Lake Kuhz, on a south-facing slope with a fantastic panoramic view over the lake. The house with a covered sun terrace is situated on a natural plot of approx. 3500 square metres with many fruit trees in an idyllic and absolutely secluded location. Direct access from the property to the jetty with the house's own rowing boat. Very good bathing and fishing opportunities, the owner is happy to give tips and suggestions about the best fishing spots and interesting excursion destinations in the surrounding area. The landscape of the Uckermark is very attractive in every season. Lake Kuhz is one of the most beautiful lakes in this area, only 2500 metres to the nearest shopping facilities and inn. The comfortable, family-friendly furnishings are harmoniously coordinated and radiate cosiness.

Kuhz is located at the entrance to the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park in the immediate vicinity of the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve, directly on Lake Kuhz. The village itself is very small, therefore idyllic, the lake is not built on - here you can still have a holiday ... in the midst of nature. Boitzenburg with its famous castle, Templin as a historic town with completely preserved city walls and thermal baths as well as a cute inner city, Angermünde ... all directly within uckermarkt-typical distance, but much better - nature is right on your doorstep, only the sense of discovery and power limits your "nature radius". Let yourself be whisked away on a quiet, contemplative holiday to finally relax completely. Here you will come down in no time, here you will relax. The house is also very suitable as a workplace with a constant view of the lake, without obstructing buildings, without seeing other houses. Peace and solitude - here you will find it.

Pure nature... An idyll

We’ve already been here for the 2nd time.
It was like coming home. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. A short but very relaxing break from everyday life. Even in winter, there is a lot to observe on the lake and in the garden... jays, bullfinches, and others. We were warmly welcomed by the landlord.
Thank you very much for allowing us to enjoy this oasis of well-being.

A super top-class holiday home

Alone and idyllically located directly by the lake. Access via private road. Access to the pier on the lake with boat and swimming options. Very large property. Excellent facilities. Ideal for a nature-focused couples' vacation in an (extremely) quiet environment. Pure relaxation!

Idyllic gem by the lake

Simply beautiful - the sole location on the lake with boat and own jetty. A large garden with fruit trees and a chirping backdrop invites you to relax. If you like it lonely and idyllic, this is the place for you! Unfortunately, you are bothered by the stinging pests in summer - but that's nature! We were very happy to put up with that - a unique gem !

Pure tranquillity!

We spent a few wonderful days in the cottage. It is clean and well equipped. You feel welcome and comfortable from the first moment. Our dog also liked it very much. Thanks to the good weather, we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden, the lake and the terrace to the fullest and sit outside for a long time listening to nature. Fantastic! We will be happy to come back!

best secluded location with a view of the lake, absolute silence, very practical equipment in the house, good communication, landlord places high trust in guests (move in and out without inspection), easy navigation in the house thanks to good descriptions.

Romance in the Uckermark.

We were greeted by a beautifully located cottage right by the lake, far from the nearest neighbor, with a garden, fire pit, and play area for children. The house is very clean and well-maintained. Communication beforehand was very good and straightforward, and everything was exactly as we expected. We would love to come here more often. You can take great walks in the surrounding area if you love peace and solitude. There is a great pizzeria in the neighboring village:)

Wonderful holiday for those who love peace and seclusion.

The vacation in this accommodation in Kuhz was overall very nice. Complete seclusion with private access. Wonderful, magnificent view from above of the Kuhzer Lake. Large property with the possibility of having a campfire, etc. Many fruit trees in case one doesn't catch many fish. About the fish: We mainly caught many small fish (up to 30 cm), which is unfortunately negative, but could be due to bad luck or… The wrong fishing spots seemed to be located, as there are only a few free fishing spots available at the lake due to reed growth. Otherwise, the lake appears to be almost overrun with perch, which can be caught in abundance and eat everything. Apparently there are also pike, but we couldn't catch any, not even at dusk. Carp are said to be present as well, but none of us 6 anglers managed to hook one in 5 days. The price-performance ratio for this property is top-notch because where else can you find a domicile in such a secluded location by the water where you can relax or party? Accommodation for more people than indicated is also possible upon request.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wunderbar landschaftliche Umgebung mit Bergen etc.

free time activities: Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten außer Reláxen und Angeln konnten wir nicht finden.

shopping facilities: Leider muss man gezwungenermaßen mit dem Auto einkaufen fahren (ca. 10 Minuten), aber ok.
