Great holiday apartment in Werder/ Havel

We found a modern furnished and well equipped holiday apartment.

Everything was spotlessly clean. We spent a varied holiday in Werder.
Cycling, hiking, swimming, city trips to Potsdam and Berlin by train (the station is 10 minutes away on foot) - all no problem.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Mr. Genrich is a very nice and uncomplicated landlord, and always approachable. We can completely recommend the holiday apartment and would book again at any time. :)

Super holiday flat

Unfortunately, we only spent 10 days in this apartment. We would have liked to stay longer
The apartment is great, everything you need, very clean, good beds and a landlord who takes care of everything and is always available with help and advice if needed
We would book this apartment again at any time and can recommend it with a clear conscience. A very beautiful area, wonderful for cycling tours and sightseeing. The apartment is only about 700 m from the train station, so you can be in Potsdam and Berlin in a few minutes. A car is not absolutely necessary if you like cycling.

A holiday flat with class

a modern flat in every respect, tastefully furnished, everything as good as new, friendly bright, very clean, everything you need is there, e.g. kitchen, everything of high quality, the furnishings are extensive, beds of very good quality, a very nice balcony, additionally on the property a seating area of upmarket quality, like everything, no traffic noise, the car is safely parked on the property, for cycling trips very interesting: the completion of the foot and cycle bridge over the lake next year, one more sentence about the landlord: very friendly, very pleasant,

Wellness apartment

Booking and key handover were totally uncomplicated. The apartment is super furnished, you feel at home. Mr. Genrich always has a kind word or a good tip ready. You can tell that guests are important to him. The terrace is a dream, overall the outdoor area is great and well planned - someone really thought this through. We felt very comfortable. Wonderful all around

In a straightforward way, we booked at short notice and found an absolute gem. Everything was just right. Tastefully, sensibly, and impeccably furnished, all necessary kitchen appliances were present, very clean. Communication beforehand was easy, booking went smoothly, and on-site we met a very friendly and helpful host. If in "Werder" again, definitely at this accommodation. Tolle Ferienwohnung

Information about the arrival was very precise and exactly matched the given information. The apartment's amenities were very good. Everything needed was available. The apartment was very clean, and the location was optimal. Just a few meters to the lake, to the center of Werder, to the train station, ... Landlord Mr. Gernrich is a very friendly, positive-thinking, and optimistic person (I wish there were more like him). We will definitely come back gladly. Until then, have a great time. Super Ferienwohnung

The holiday apartment is well equipped, very well thought out, absolutely well-kept, and modern. The landlord puts in a lot of effort and is easy to reach. The location to the train station and the motorway is great, the area is absolutely worth seeing. We will gladly come back and bring more time with us.

short break in the Alps

We had a few beautiful days in Werder, great apartment, good amenities, and a great landlord who was always ready to help. (not common in today's time) We would love to come back again, even with friends!!!

FW Potsdam/Werder

We had a very nice, clean apartment on the first floor. Everything you expect in a vacation rental was available. Optimal location as a starting point for our daily bike tours. The bikes were safely stored and protected in the courtyard. We would love to come back!

Variety and yet relaxed ?

The vacation rental was clean and a small space wonder. Items for four people in any weather found a place. Everything was there that you need. The landlord is very nice, approachable, and with great additional offers at a fair price (rent SUP, inflatable boat, ... possible) - Just ask. The Werder train station is within easy walking distance. From here, you can reach Potsdam in ten minutes and Berlin in about half an hour. Two outdoor pools are also nearby and easy to reach by bike, bus, or car. The island Werder is also close and worth a visit. Bathing spots can be found everywhere. Vacation with children and bicycles is highly recommended. Bakeries and shopping opportunities are also never far away. We spent 1.5 weeks without boredom with a lot of variety, but also relaxation.

Very nice accommodation in a very nice area.

Very clean and new holiday apartment. All important things were available - especially there were many things that are rarely found in holiday apartments. Starting from the very nice design with lots of little details, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, hand soap, pepper and salt - things that are not everywhere to be found. In addition, a very nice landlord - with many tips and advice on what you can do. The two separate bedrooms are great. The 2 TVs in the apartment are great, even though we didn't really need them - the surroundings are too beautiful and diverse. We felt completely comfortable, could have breakfast every morning in the sun on the balcony - overall very relaxing. I can only recommend the apartment. The apartment is also suitable for less mobile people - just 5-6 steps and you are in the apartment - there is also a lift available that bridges the height difference. When we vacation in the area again, I will inquire here first.

Great apartment in a central location

The apartment is modern, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything you need. There are even 2 TVs available. Due to the central location, the surrounding area, Potsdam, and Berlin can be easily and quickly reached by bike or train, as well as the Havel lakes. Shopping opportunities and bakeries are nearby. The landlord is very accommodating and strives to fulfill smaller and larger special requests immediately. We will come back.

Recommended, central, top holiday apartment.

As a family with 2 children, we had a great vacation in Werder. The apartment in the new building is clean and tastefully decorated. The location is central, close to the train station, and yet quiet. The landlord, Mr. Genrich, is very friendly, helpful, and always concerned about the well-being of the vacationers. The balcony invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun and has enough space for 4 people. Cycling in this region is a pleasure. Potsdam and Berlin are easily accessible. Great holiday apartment in a central location

We had a wonderful short break in Werder an der Havel. The holiday apartment was very modern and tastefully decorated, and everything we needed was available, we only missed salt and pepper for our breakfast egg, but now this is also provided in all holiday apartments - the landlord implemented this immediately. The location is very central and we were able to go on great bike trips, but there is also a train connection nearby where, for example, you could quickly reach Potsdam. Many delicious restaurants nearby, the Haveltherme, which has just recently opened, was also great and is only a 7-minute drive away.
The landlord always had a listening ear for us and was very nice.
In short, we will definitely come back here.

Were very satisfied. The landlord always took care of all wishes and concerns. The apartment is very nice and centrally located for excursions into the surrounding area and to Potsdam by bike, train, or car. The available bikes were in very good condition. Dream holiday apartment with large terrace

We booked the beautiful new modern apartment at short notice. The highlight here was not only the modern and harmonious furnishings but also the terrace, which is bathed in sunshine from midday until evening hours. We spent a lot of time here, enjoying some meals amidst the cheerful bird chirping. We slept very well, as comfort was not compromised here either! We will definitely come back. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating. It is a new house with several holiday apartments, of which we were allowed to view 2 more, which also have this modern standard. We had holiday apartment No. 1 and enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Many thanks to Oliver! The holiday apartment receives full marks and is highly recommended.

Holiday in Werder on the Havel

We rented one of the apartments with a balcony on the upper floor at short notice (couple). Everything was fine. Werder is perfect for cycling and for many great trips to the surrounding area (Potsdam, Berlin, Brandenburg/Havel). Mr. Genrich is always approachable and there is a solution for everything.

Beautiful days!

We spent a wonderful Pentecost weekend here and felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. The equipment is great. Everything is very neat and clean. The area is excellent for cycling and many wonderful excursions in the surroundings. For us, it was a completely successful weekend. Everything worked out perfectly.
