Description
The Swantje holiday home was built in 2020 and consists of two independent halves. The first rental is possible from October 2020. There is free Wi-Fi in each house.
The holiday home is located in the Emspark-Auenwald holiday park. It is only a six-minute walk to the largest man-made lake in Europe, the Geeste reservoir. 800 m of sandy beach invite you to sunbathe and swim. A sailing area with moorings, a diving centre and windsurfing are ideal for water sports enthusiasts. The holiday home is especially suitable as a starting point for small, but also extensive cycling tours and hikes. With its numerous and signposted paths, the Emsland is a true paradise for cycling tourists. The Emsland route and the Ems cycle path pass by the house. For anglers there are many opportunities to practise their hobby. Only a few kilometres away is an 18-hole golf course of the Emstal Golf Club.
About the house:
Each flat is divided into 2 levels and there is a high-quality bathroom on each level. On the upper floor there is an additional sauna with a spacious relaxation area.
Each flat has 3 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and two with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. In total, each flat can accommodate up to 6 people and 3 bedrooms. The whole house can be booked for up to 12 people. In addition, there are travel cots for small children.
The ground floor has a comfortable and bright bathroom, a large living & dining area (with terrace exit) with large smart TV, dining room, high-quality kitchen and a wood stove (5 KW) for cold autumn and winter days. The kitchen is of course fully equipped.
In addition, the holiday home has a washing machine and a safe. This house also offers a large covered terrace with garden and south orientation. The garden is located directly on the water.

Bed linen and one large and one small towel are included in the total price. Please bring an additional large towel for the sauna.

Very nice family vacation.
We spent the extended weekend over Corpus Christi in the two halves of the house with 9 adults and one child. We felt very, very comfortable and were very satisfied with the equipment and furnishings. The cleanliness was also impeccable. The service left nothing to be desired, and the price/performance ratio was justified. The location is optimal for hiking and cycling.
We all agreed that a return is absolutely not ruled out.

Highly recommended!
Super friendly and fast communication with the landlords.
The house is really lovingly furnished and has everything you need for a holiday.
Games and children's books were also available.
The kitchen is well equipped, even a dishwasher with tabs was available.
The sauna can be used well with 2 adults sitting, 2 reclining loungers were also available.
Bed linen and towels in white rounded off the whole thing. In about a 5-minute walk, you can find the reservoir, which offers a great destination for an excursion.
We had a lovely stay and can only recommend it.
