The Swantje holiday home was built in 2020 and consists of two independent flats. One flat or the whole house can be rented for up to 12 people
About the flat
The ground floor has a comfortable and bright bathroom, a large living and dining area (with terrace exit) with large smart TV, dining room, high-quality kitchen and a wood stove (5 KW) for cold autumn and winter days. The kitchen is of course fully equipped. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a large double bed.
On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be made into double beds
In addition, there is a large bathroom with sauna and a relaxation area with two loungers on the upper floor
The holiday flat also has a washing machine, a safe and free Wi-Fi.
If required, we can provide travel cots and high chairs free of charge
In the south-facing garden, there is a covered terrace incl. barbecue and an (unfenced) lawn, which is located directly on the water
Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing and restful or active-sporty holiday with this house
Bed linen as well as one large and one small towel are included in the total price. Please bring an additional large towel for the sauna.

The house is located in the Emspark Auenwald holiday area at the Geeste reservoir
Ideal location for cycling, walking, hiking or for sports on the lake such as sailing, diving, windsurfing or swimming.
Bicycle rental is possible on site (please contact us for more information)
There is also a large playground, an inline skating track, a mountain bike trail, a beach volleyball court, a football field, a basketball court and a boul court at the lake
In winter, when there is snow, the dike is a great place to go sledding
The recently renovated restaurant at the reservoir with its large covered terrace on the beach is an inviting place for culinary relaxation
When the weather is good, there are stalls selling ice cream, chips, cold drinks, coffee to go, etc. for those with a small appetite.

Top modernes Haus
We rented the entire house for a multi-generation vacation. Both halves of the house are almost identical in terms of interior design and amenities. Our expectations of the house were exceeded! The furniture and amenities are of high quality. The house was spotlessly clean. The fireplace and sauna (suitable for an adult lying down or two adults sitting) were the absolute highlight! One half of the house also had a charcoal grill. The communication with the Behnen family was excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this house without reservation.

Hello, i live in Geeste and have come to love this place as a place to live and spend my holidays. I enjoy going to the reservoir with my family to swim, cycle or sail. What I appreciate about the area is the diversity of nature.
