Description
This is a newly built detached family house (built in 2020) with 3 bedrooms, two of them with single beds and the third with a double bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV set.
The entire living area is on the ground floor, so it is also suitable for people with walking difficulties.
The living room is equipped with a large couch, a dining table and an open kitchen.
A fully equipped bathroom with walk-in shower and additional guest toilet is available.
Likewise, a spacious HWR with washing machine, tumble dryer and rotary clothes dryer is available.
The hallway is furnished in the entrance area with a wardrobe, mirror and shoe cupboard.
The garden with terrace is directly connected to the living room via a sliding door.
The terrace is furnished with a table and seating.
Free internet via W-Lan is permanently available.

The Sonnenblume holiday home is located in the Emspark Auenwald in the municipality of Geeste in the immediate vicinity of the largest man-made lake in Europe, the reservoir, with an area of 230 ha and an approx. 1 km long sandy beach for swimming.
In the immediate vicinity of Emspark Auenwald there are numerous shopping facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bakers and a drugstore.

Perfect short break all round
Very uncomplicated communication and nice landlord.Great,new holiday home with every comfort.Recommended for people with disabilities or wheelchairs.Dogs also have a holiday here and are not stressed by the fenced property.We like to come back! Thanks to Mr Lampe.

The house was very clean and has great facilities,
The good location, the proximity to the reservoir is ideal for beautiful bike tours in the area.

First-class holiday home in a quiet location.
The holiday house "Sunflower" convinced us, we will definitely come back. Very nice furnishings, beautiful bathroom with guest toilet, there is nothing to complain about. Everything still looks very well maintained and new. The terrace roof is easily accessible from the living room through a sliding door, where you can relax wonderfully. There was also nothing missing in the inventory, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Everything is on one level and the bedrooms are very spacious. Even the TVs in the bedrooms and living room had the channels set correctly, the landlord told me that this was checked before each change.
Thanks to the landlords who were very nice and accommodating.

Super, Super, Super!
Very nice vacation home in a quiet location. The welcome was very friendly and informative. Everything was very clean and stylishly furnished. The beautiful reservoir is very quickly and easily accessible from the house. We really felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again. This vacation home is absolutely recommended!
