Cancellation terms:

Es wird daher eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung empfohlen. Die Entschädigungshöhe regelt das BGB § 651 i Abs. 2 mit folgenden Pauschalsätzen: - bis 120 Tage vor Mietbeginn 10% des Gesamtpreises - bis 90 Tage vor Mietbeginn 20% des Gesamtpreises - bis 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn 30% des Gesamtpreises - bis 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50% des Gesamtpreises Bereits eingezahlte Beträge werden verrechnet. Es zählt jeweils das Empfangsdatum Ihrer Rücktrittsnachricht. Eine Ersatzperson, die zu den genannten Bedingungen in Ihren Vertrag eintritt, kann natürlich von Ihnen gestellt werden. Eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung mit Angaben zur Person genügt.
