Our holiday home is in a quiet, private location at the gates of the Allgäu and in close proximity to Legoland Germany
The Fugger town of Weißenhorn is 3 kilometres away, here you will find all shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes
We offer you a newly renovated, spacious holiday home with 164 sqm for max. 6 persons, sunny, fully furnished new very large terrace and parking space. A lockable bike or e-bike garage with power connection is at your disposal. The terrace can be reached at ground level from the garden and the large living room is also at ground level, suitable for wheelchairs.
On the fully glazed south-west side you have a beautiful view of meadows, fields and forests.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and a flat screen TV.
Furthermore, 1 bedroom with a comfortable bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, also a flat screen TV, as well as a small balcony.
The bathroom with large shower, separate toilet and the fully equipped kitchen are also on the ground floor
A 2nd toilet is located in the staircase.
In the living and dining area there is a new spacious leather couch landscape, on which everyone can comfortably sit
On a large flat screen TV ( 60 inch) with Blue-Ray player you can enjoy your usual entertainment like at home.
The possibility to stream Netflix etc. with your account is available
The dining area consists of a table with 6 chairs and a bar table with 2 bar stools.
The staircase leads to the sunny gallery with further seating and lounging options.
Here you can relax in peace. Right next to it is the 3rd bedroom with a waterbed 1.40x2.00 m and lovingly furnished
Here you will also find a flat-screen TV.
Free of charge (please order in advance) we offer you a baby cot, high chair, plug socket fuses
You have W-Lan reception in all rooms.
Please understand that because of Corona we are currently only renting by the week. As we have to disinfect the flat every time there is a change of visitor, shorter rental periods would be too much effort.

The perfect vacation!
Rarely have we seen a vacation home on the web with such glowing reviews!
We can reassure the following guests that it is truly a great location.
After a warm welcome upon arrival, we were given a tour inside and outside and
fortunately for us, the garden was fenced, as our bulldog sometimes likes to wander.
We visited numerous beautiful towns in the vicinity and within 1 to 1.5 hours
you can reach places like Stuttgart, Munich, Augsburg, Memmingen, Kempten, Fussen, Lindau, Ulm,
and even the Klein Walsertal!
Needless to say, but the house is truly equipped with all conveniences, and not to forget the incredibly beautiful garden that is so lovingly maintained by the couple.
We thank the couple once again for the wonderful 3 weeks.

A great vacation home for families

Traumwerk is simply fantastic!
We are totally thrilled with the holiday home and its hosts. The feel-good house in a quiet location immediately freed us from any stress. The view from the living room into the garden is like an oversized painting and invites you to relax. The terrace was our meeting point for cozy get-togethers, meals, drinks, coffee parties and for discussing the bike tours for the next day. In the quiet bedroom with super comfortable beds we then slept very well and regenerated for the next bike trips. The very extensive area between rivers, forests and interesting places (Memmingen, Ulm to the Swabian Alb) we explored with our e-bikes thanks to very good signposting. I could still write so much more positive things, but that would probably exceed the scope here. We have been going on holiday with our bikes for many years and have always stayed in very good holiday homes, but we have never felt as comfortable as we did here with Michaela, Franz and cat Karle. The next vacation at "Traumwerk" is already in planning. Thank you very much for the great hospitality and see you again when it's time to say "on your bikes" in Weißenhorn.

Relaxing holiday
We can only say good things! The Schwegele-Luksch couple, when we fell ill 1 day before the start of our trip, offered to move us back 1 week; great and not a matter of course! We were then warmly welcomed in a holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired! We can highly recommend the holiday home, especially for dog owners (because of the ideal surroundings)! "Recommended! Feel-good grade 1!"
Since I had already read reviews from other guests, I was of course very curious to see if everything was really so positive. And I was not disappointed. The house is in a very quiet location, tastefully decorated with modern and stylish furnishings as well as a large terrace and a large beautifully maintained garden. Everything was clean and tidy. The landlords are extremely friendly, sympathetic and lovely people. I felt at home from the first moment

Recreation with nature
We spent a long weekend in this beautiful, quiet holiday home.
After a warm welcome, we were shown around the house. We were thrilled, everything was just like at home. Very clean, lots of space and nicely decorated for the season (decorated-painted chestnuts). The surrounding area is worth a visit - monastery, castles, old town and breweries. Hiking trails through the forest but also the planetary path around Weißenhorn are inviting.
The hosts live next door and are very nice, they give tips for smaller excursions
Unfortunately, the time was too short to see everything, but always worth a trip - highly recommended.

Absolutely recommendable
We were here in October as a family of 4 and can fully recommend this holiday home. Absolutely nice landlords who are always available and recommend excursions, restaurants and similar. There is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the cleanliness and equipment of the house. We were able to do a lot, but also relax in peace. A trip to Legoland is recommended for families with children. And also Ulm and the Roggenburg Monastery. We will definitely come back. It was very nice with you.

Wonderful and warm
This holiday home has everything your heart desires. Top equipment, very beautifully furnished and decorated. Very accommodating and gracious hosts. We received a very warm welcome. We were given a tour of the house and great tips for excursions. The garden is a dream. The waterbed in the "children's room" was a highlight for our daughter. We felt very comfortable. Everything is tip-top and there is a lot of space. The surroundings are also great. Only 3 km to the town of Weißenhorn. Plenty of shopping facilities. Hiking, Lake Constance, Legoland, Ulm, Wilhelma Zoo in Stuttgart and much more.... Simply great!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit hervorragender Ausstattung
Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub als Eltern mit 4 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders gefallen hat uns das bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattete Haus in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat, die außerordentliche Sauberkeit und die schöne Terrasse mit der für uns Stadtmenschen ungewohnten Ruhe. Die sehr freundlichen und angenehmen Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus und helfen bei Fragen gerne weiter.
Wir können das Ferienhaus Traumwerk auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit herzlichen Gastgebern
Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind im Alter von 8 Jahren.
Meine Tochter hat sich sehr über Ihr eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Wasserbett gefreut. Die tolle Terrasse haben wir zu jeder Tageszeit sehr genossen.
Erholung und Seele baumeln lassen bei allem Komfort des Ferienhauses- wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus, wunderschöner Urlaub

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Eigentlich braucht man keine Angst haben zuhause etwas zu vergessen ...hier ist nahezu alles da.
Das Haus an sich ist sauber, geräumig und zum wohlfühlen.
Die Terasse und der Garten sind ein Traum.
Besonders mit Kindern :)
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Unternehmen kann man auch sehr viel.

Wohlfühloase
Wir sind eingetreten und haben uns zu Hause gefühlt. Es waren 2 wunderschöne Wochen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben die schöne Gegend erkundigt und in unmittelbarer Nähe schöne Klöster besichtigt und Spaziergänge an der Donau gemacht.
Auch unsere vierbeinigen Begleiter waren willkommen und fühlten sich wohl. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Wir sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen.

Einfach nur super
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders schön ist der große Garten und die Terrasse dazu. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles desinfiziert, wie es die Coronaregeln erfordern.
Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und waren stets erreichbar, falls wir noch etwas benötigt hatten oder Fragen aufkamen. Super Service und Stimmung- vielen Dank für die tollen Wochen bei euch!!! :)

Besser geht es kaum
Sehr selten haben wir ein solch komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus bewohnt. Mit viel Liebe und allen Details haben die Vermieter alles eingerichtet und damit einen grossen Teil zur "Wohlfühlatmosphäre" beigetragen. Man fühlt sich als Gast aber dennoch irgendwie heimisch.
Eigentlich ist genug Platz für 6 Personen, allerdings muss man dann mit Betten von 140cm Breite klar kommen, für uns war das unproblematisch. Ein wenig organisiertes Timing ist dann auch bei der Badezimmernutzung nötig. Badezimmer und WC sind getrennt (was die Flexibilität deutlich erhöht) aber trotzdem jeweils nur 1x vorhanden. Alles andere war super und die Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Vielen Dank für eine schöne Urlaubswoche und Euch weiterhin viel Erfolg.
Wir kommen gern wieder und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weizerempfehmen.

Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien, Paare, Senioren
Zunächst einmal: die Fotos auf der home page entsprechen der Realität. Das ist oft nicht der Fall. Sehr großzügig gestaltetes Haus in modernem Ambiente. Große Terrasse mit noch viel größerem Garten, der "kleinen Leuten" eine vielseitige Erlebnisplattform bietet, angefangen vom Gemüse-Glashaus, um das sich Brombeeren und Johannisbeeren ranken, und dann die hundertjährigen Apfelbäume direkt vor der Terrasse. Von dort geht man einen Feldweg Richtung Wald und kann die Seele baumeln lassen.
Und das alles wird dargeboten von sehr sympathischen und umsorgenden Gastgebern, die einem den Aufenthalt so entspannt und schön wie nur möglich machen möchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum!
Neben der tollen und geschmackvollen Ausstattung gab es einen riesigen Garten mit ganz vielen Äpfeln und viel Platz für unsere Hunde zum Toben. Das einzige was das noch getoppt hat waren die super freundlichen und netten Gastgeber.
Direkt an der Gartentür beginnt ein Feldweg auf dem man sehr viele Wanderungen starten kann. Weitere Inspirationen für Unternehmungen lagen auch in dem Ferienhaus aus.
Wir hätten gerne noch mehr Zeit dort verbracht und die Ruhe und tolle Umgebung genossen ☺️
