Description
Our holiday home is in a quiet, private location at the gates of the Allgäu and in close proximity to Legoland Germany
The Fugger town of Weißenhorn is 3 kilometres away, here you will find all shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes
We offer you a newly renovated, spacious holiday home with 164 sqm for max. 6 persons, sunny, fully furnished new very large terrace and parking space. A lockable bike or e-bike garage with power connection is at your disposal. The terrace can be reached at ground level from the garden and the large living room is also at ground level, suitable for wheelchairs.
On the fully glazed south-west side you have a beautiful view of meadows, fields and forests.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and a flat screen TV.
Furthermore, 1 bedroom with a comfortable bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, also a flat screen TV, as well as a small balcony.
The bathroom with large shower, separate toilet and the fully equipped kitchen are also on the ground floor
A 2nd toilet is located in the staircase.
In the living and dining area there is a new spacious leather couch landscape, on which everyone can comfortably sit
On a large flat screen TV ( 60 inch) with Blue-Ray player you can enjoy your usual entertainment like at home.
The possibility to stream Netflix etc. with your account is available
The dining area consists of a table with 6 chairs and a bar table with 2 bar stools.
The staircase leads to the sunny gallery with further seating and lounging options.
Here you can relax in peace. Right next to it is the 3rd bedroom with a waterbed 1.40x2.00 m and lovingly furnished
Here you will also find a flat-screen TV.
Free of charge (please order in advance) we offer you a baby cot, high chair, plug socket fuses
You have W-Lan reception in all rooms.
Please understand that because of Corona we are currently only renting by the week. As we have to disinfect the flat every time there is a change of visitor, shorter rental periods would be too much effort.

Relaxing dream vacation in a rural setting
Those seeking peace and relaxation in a wonderfully fully equipped holiday home amidst nature will find themselves exactly right and very well taken care of with the Schwegele-Luksch family!
Everything is sufficiently and luxuriously available: three bedrooms, plenty of storage space, endless seating, a complete kitchen with vinegar, oil, spices, 4 televisions, parking spaces, and much more. Especially for the hot summer months, it may also be important to mention that the insulation of the house makes the living space appear more than sufficiently cool - an invaluable advantage in the current season! The landlords are immediately and very friendly available for inquiries or informal matters - while always completely unobtrusively maintaining the privacy of the guests. All in all, we had 13 fantastic vacation days with excursion destinations that were all reachable by car in 30 to 90 minutes (Legoland in Günzburg; Ulm; Memmingen or Füssen with the royal castles).
We wholeheartedly recommend this address and wish all subsequent guests the same experience.

The perfect vacation!
Rarely have we seen a vacation home on the web with such glowing reviews!
We can reassure the following guests that it is truly a great location.
After a warm welcome upon arrival, we were given a tour inside and outside and
fortunately for us, the garden was fenced, as our bulldog sometimes likes to wander.
We visited numerous beautiful towns in the vicinity and within 1 to 1.5 hours
you can reach places like Stuttgart, Munich, Augsburg, Memmingen, Kempten, Fussen, Lindau, Ulm,
and even the Klein Walsertal!
Needless to say, but the house is truly equipped with all conveniences, and not to forget the incredibly beautiful garden that is so lovingly maintained by the couple.
We thank the couple once again for the wonderful 3 weeks.

The holiday house is located in a quiet area, very well equipped and really has all the things needed for daily use. The owners live next door and are super, super helpful. We felt very comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend the house.
