Description
The holiday home is located directly on the beach and sea. So you always have sea view! The beach exit on the left and dune entrance on the right is on the opposite side of the road. You can go to the beach in your swimming trunks, for the children our handcart (free of charge) is ready for you. There are 3 terraces in front of, on the side and behind the holiday home, where you are alone. On the back terrace you will find a big sandbox, so the little ones won't be bored. Sunshade, wind protection, beach chairs, handcart and toys for children like kites, balls and bodyboards are ready for you. Wlan is free and TV with a film and sports subscription, as well as German channels, is waiting for you! Arrival only on Friday
The layout: Living room, Separate kitchen with gas, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker and Senseo. Brand new shower and WC on the ground floor. Of course also washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Upstairs two bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds.

Location and surroundings of object
Great at the sea and in swimming trunks on the upper side to the beach. Relaxed and very relaxing with children. On the over side left in front of the door is beach exit and right in front of the door is dune entrance. But also the centre is easy to walk (7 minutes), for fresh rolls in the surrounding area is of course beach, dunes and sea.
The village is easy to walk and many restaurants at the end of the boulevard. But also for children there are many playgrounds in the surroundings. Also for adults there are nice trips like Alkmaar with the cheese market, Amsterdam 3 quarters of an hour by car. Walking and cycling in Egmond aan Zee through the dune area with your own dune map which you get from us! Climb the lighthouse every Friday in July and August. Fishing History Museum Egmond.

We only rent by the week or 2 weeks from Friday to Friday. And in the pre-season and post-season from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival at 4:00 PM and departure at 12:00 PM! The price in 2025 with us INCLUDES: parking permit, bed linen, 1 dune cart, Smart TV with NETFLIX in German and movie and sports subscription, WiFi, and many many things for adults and children like: handcart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, windbreak, 2 scooters, 2 bodyboards, 2 balls, and a buggy for children up to 3 years old. Large sandbox behind the vacation house with all beach toys like little buckets. You need nothing.
Washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer are all present!
Final cleaning is €100,- Tourist tax is €2.30 per person per night. (From 4 years old)

Lovingly furnished holiday cottage
The landlords are very warm, friendly, and accommodating, asking about well-being and whether everything needed is available!
Very well equipped, there is detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine, as well as hand soap, dish towels, bed linen, etc. This is something I don't usually encounter and it pleasantly surprised me.
10 out of 10 ⭐️, would gladly return.

Good accommodation
We had a very good vacation there. The landlords are really nice, we will definitely come back. For people with mobility issues, the staircase to the bedroom is difficult as the semi-spiral staircase is very narrow. The house otherwise offers all possibilities for a relaxing vacation.

Cozy cottage in prime location
We once again had a wonderful vacation in Egmond aan Zee and were very satisfied with our cottage. The location is perfect and thanks to the nice weather, we could also make good use of the seating areas on the terrace. The landlords are super friendly and it was great that all the utensils for the beach were already there.

Toller Urlaub
We had a great time at Inecke and John: especially for our 2 children (4/5) everything was perfect. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable! We are thrilled!!!!

Beautiful holiday in Egmond aan Zee
The holiday home is very nicely furnished and is located directly near the beach with sea view. There are various outdoor seating areas with sunbathing spots and a sandbox for children. The landlords, the Schoemaker couple, are very nice, helpful and always approachable. There are many leisure and excursion possibilities
The bathroom is rather small.

Danke. Nur schade, dass Sie den Duschraum zu klein fanden. Vor 2 Jahren wurde es sogar komplett nach außen erweitert, um einen größeren Raum mit Toilette und Dusche zu schaffen. Unsere Gäste, die schon mehrere Mahlen bei uns Ferien hatten, sind mit gerade dieser Änderung sehr zufrieden. Wenn Sie mir das persönlich gesagt hätten, hätte ich Ihnen Bilder von der damaligen Situation zeigen können.
