Description
The holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to seven people (max. 6 adults and 1 child).
The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, an LCD flat screen TV with a digital decoder (six German channels) and a DVD and stereo system.
In the open dining area there is a large dining table for up to 7 people. Two high chairs are available for younger guests.
The fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the living and dining area, has a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and an oven.
In addition to a coffee filter machine, a Nespresso capsule machine for delicious coffee is available in the kitchen.
There is also a toilet and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each for two people with comfortable
Box spring beds (single mattresses). In addition, there is a folding bed (90x200), a children's travel cot and a fall-out protection for children.
The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet.
On the large terrace you can have breakfast in the morning and enjoy the sunset over the dunes in the evening.
Furthermore, a cozy family garden sofa (forest sofa) invites you to relax (with a view of the adjacent canal).
The evening sun and the sunset can be enjoyed on a bench behind the house.
There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
In the garden house there is a cart and several beach chairs and beach chairs available free of charge. For the little ones you will find a ball, beach games (boccia, beach ball, frisbee) and sand toys (bucket, scoop, watering can, rake, molds, etc.). There are also two sockets in the garden shed for e-bikes you have brought with you.

A dream
The house is located in a small complex that is very well-maintained and quiet. The proximity to the beach: top location, 3 minutes on foot to the dune, another 2 minutes and you are at the expansive beach. Here you can walk 10 km towards Den Helder or almost 20 km south. Along the way, there are some restaurants on the beach. A dream. We have been coming to Julianadorp for over 20 years, have experienced various holiday homes, and are considered demanding. "Our" house this year is among the top 3. Cleanliness - Top, Equipment - Top, Comfort - Top, Furnishing - Top. The available space has been very well utilized. Noteworthy is the number of games available and the kids' corner. There is even a workstation for children.

Beautiful cottage and ideal location
We have now had the pleasure of using this house twice. It is a nice, large, tidy, and complete house that is within walking distance of the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with various spices, coffee/tea, garbage bags, etc. It is also a nice house for families with young children. The garden is enclosed with a fence and there is plenty of toys and games inside.

Fantastic house in a beautiful area close to the beach
The house is modern, super clean, and very complete. The contact with the landlord is very pleasant and personal. Lots of toys for the children, we have enjoyed it immensely. The beach, a 10-minute walk away, is a joy to visit.
