Villa Leona is a modern house settled at the peaceful outskirts of the village and it can accommodate up to 5 people. The villa has combined two lovely apartments into one pleasurable holiday house but it can also be accommodated by two families ensuring the privacy for everyone. It has comfortable 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The kitchens are fully equipped with all modern appliances and the belonging dining rooms are full of light and spacious like the living rooms. The villa offers free Wi-Fi, it is completely air-conditioned but offers also the central heating which makes it a perfect holiday home throughout the whole year. If you are up to some fun, the villa offers the table tennis and if you want more demanding activities you will find the indoor treadmill and bicycles with which you can explore the area.
The delightful garden offers the lounge area under the clear skies, dining area under the covered terrace and the barbecue for pleasant dining parties. The real delight is the playground area for the children offering not only the toys, swings and the slide but also a playhouse. The refreshment in the swimming pool is perfect for the summer days and the cozy lounges will provide the needed relaxation under the warm sun. The parking is gated and perfect for 2 cars.

Settled in the peaceful and charming village of Čabrunići, near the beautiful Vodnjan, that Villa is the relaxing holiday spot for the ones eager to be close to all the action but still cuddled in the serenity and peace of the Istrian inland. This ancient village dates back to the old Roman empire, while its inhabitants have kept the old traditions of growing the olive trees and vineyards through all this time. A short drive will bring you to the marvelous medieval architecture of old Vodnjan and its palaces, to the wonderful Svetvincenat and the Grimani castle, fairy Bale and its stony streets and luxurious palaces or to the impressive Pula, Istrian largest city, with its stunning historical sites, numerous shops, bars and restaurant and exciting nightlife. The area is ideal for cycling on its many trails, but also fairly close to many beaches.
