This detached family house was newly built in 2014 and is situated on a slight hill in Debeljak, not far from the cities of Sukosan and Zadar. If you are looking for pure relaxation in a quiet location, then this cosy non-smoking holiday home is the right place for you.
The approx. 130 m2 large and lovingly furnished feel-good home is equipped with air conditioning, fans and insect screens in all rooms. It has a living/dining area with a couch set, a coffee table, a satellite TV with DVD player, a music system with Bluetooth and USB connection, as well as a dining table with room for six people and a fireplace for cosy evenings. The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a cooker, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and water dispenser, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle and leaves nothing to be desired. Two bedrooms each have a double bed ( m wide), the third one is equipped with a single bed ( m wide), which can be converted into a double bed. The two bathrooms each have a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. One of the two bathrooms also has a hairdryer. A washing machine and WLAN in all rooms can be used free of charge. In addition, there is an inverter air conditioning unit with KW power in the kitchen and living room, which either heats or cools the whole house.
Via the living/dining room and the kitchen you reach the covered loggia with comfortable seating area and fantastic sea view. Here you can end your day with a cool drink. In addition, there are two ventilators, which should keep the room cool, but also keep away the mosquitoes. The highlight of the house is the newly built pool (with heating and cooling, approx. 6 x 3 m, m deep) with roof and mooring. Here the children can splash around and you can take your lanes and cool down in peace, and all year round. The accommodation also has a spacious barbecue house. There you can prepare delicious food and sit together comfortably in the covered sitting area. The charcoal for the grill has to be organised by yourself. There is free parking for up to six cars at the house. It is also possible to park on the property with a boat trailer. Pets are not allowed.
In the garden next to the holiday home, the house turtle Emma lives together with her children, who enjoy some fruit and vegetables every now and then.
The nearest beach, as well as bars, restaurants and shopping facilities are located about four kilometres away in Sukosan. There, water sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth with various water sports activities and a yacht rental, where you can also book tours. The Krk Waterfalls, the Plitvice Lake and the Paklenica Velebit Mountains are some of the possible excursions.

Holiday with the dog.
It was very clean and nicely furnished. The equipment was top. Everything you need was there. The host family was very friendly and nice.The water in the pool is pleasantly warm.We liked it very much.
