Description
The "Magdalenenhof am Huywald" is one of six so-called "Vollackerhöfe" from which Dingelstedt developed. The farmhouse was built in 1745 and is now a listed building. The Huywald forest (one of the largest beech forests in Europe) can be reached on foot in just a few minutes and invites you to go for long walks. Cyclists also get their money's worth. A cycle path built on an old railway line starts in Dingelstedt.
The lovingly converted old granary offers two spacious bedrooms, an open kitchen and a living room of approx. 30 sqm. In total you have 80 sqm at your disposal. A large dining table invites you to an enjoyable meal, an evening of games or good conversation over a glass of wine. A wood-burning stove provides warm thoughts on cold days. The holiday flat is furnished for four adults, additional beds can be added on request.
In summer you have the possibility to use our garden including the fireplace. Here you can often see the red kite, which is native to the Huy, circling over the village and making its sounds. This is a real experience.

The Huy lies in the northern part of the Harz district, about 10 km northwest of Halberstadt mainly in the area of the municipality of the same name, Huy. The Huy stretches in an east-west direction over a length of about 12 km and in a north-south direction over a width of about 3 km.
Huysburg Castle (a Benedictine monastery), Westerburg Water Castle and Schlanstedt Castle are popular destinations in the municipality of Huy. the "Romanesque Road" also leads through our municipality.
Halberstadt with its diverse cultural opportunities is 12 km away. The tourist centres of the northern Harz region, Quedlinburg and Werningerode, are 26 km and 30 km away respectively.
In Dingelstedt itself there is a well-stocked supermarket for your daily needs.
