Relaxing vacation, sunny, quiet holiday apartments in the heart of the Palatinate with a pool.
2 enclosed sunny, quiet holiday apartments in our house on the 1st floor, each for 3 people.
The apartment 1 has a bedroom with a double bed, there is a sleeping option in the living room. Living room with flat-screen TV, a bathroom with shower and tub, a kitchen with a beautiful kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, hand blender, etc.) as well as a cozy corner bench in black leather look. The apartment 2 has a single room, a double room, a kitchen-living room with a beautiful new kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, immersion blender, etc.), a flat-screen TV, and a cozy sofa, a bathroom with shower.
Towels, bed linen, and dish towels, as well as soap and dishwashing detergent, are included in the price.
The garden with sun loungers and a grill is available to our guests at all times. Our private pool may be used by guests of the two apartments; please enter the pool area with bathing shoes only.
The apartments are rented out for a minimum of 5 nights.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for a wonderful holiday with you. We felt very comfortable with you. The flat is very well equipped and due to its location offers countless possibilities for various city tours (Speyer, Mannheim, Worms, Kaiserslautern, Heidelberg ...). It is also ideally located for various bicycle tours along the German Wine Route and through the Palatinate Forest. The best part: After all passed adventures, a well-kept garden and a wonderful pool are waiting in the evening. Thank you once again for a successful holiday

Holiday!!!
Arrive, relax, recover. We immediately felt at home at Königs. Everything was there, just the way we like it - and even more: the garden, barbecue and especially the great pool spoiled us every day. Heavenly! Great location for many activities. Even watching TV (on the day bed) was a pleasure. Top equipped kitchen, shower and tub in the bathroom and a very nice and helpful landlord couple. We were in an all-round soothing holiday world and yet only 1.5 hours away from home. We had a wonderful time in the little paradise at Königs!

Beautiful
Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday we had in your flat. Everything you need is available and well maintained. Cosy and spacious. Fast W-Lan. Great and well-maintained garden and pool area, which we could always use. Wonderful. Not to forget: super nice landlords who were always helpful. We would love to come back again.

Quiet property with good price-performance ratio
We were a group of 6 people meeting for a professional exchange and found the necessary peace here. At the same time, it was a super starting point to visit Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Hambach Castle and Speyer Cathedral. Mrs König was very accommodating and helpful.
