Comfortably furnished approx. 45 sqm holiday flat on the upper floor of the house with south-facing balcony on the edge of the field. 2 separate bedrooms; cosy living room area with SAT/TV; fully equipped kitchenette (incl. dishwasher) with dining area; bathroom with shower/WC; travel cot and high chair available; parking space from the house; sauna (for a fee); use of washing machine and dryer (for a fee); table tennis; non-smoking flat; garage for bicycles or handcart can be shared.
Would you like to spend your holiday together with a family friend? That is no problem with us. There is another holiday flat for 4 people in the house, which we will be happy to arrange for you on request.

Location and surroundings of object
Our "Scholle" holiday flat is only about 800 m from Sehlendorf beach. The beach is a beautiful, wide and stone-free natural sandy beach in the middle of a beautiful dune landscape with a fantastic view of the steep coast. It is supervised by the DLRG and the shallow water makes it particularly suitable for families with children. There is a small shop with restaurants, beach bazaar, etc. as well as a beach chair rental and a surfing and sailing school (in the high season). The nature reserve "Sehlendorfer Binnensee" is within walking distance.
