Beniaskie! lies unspoiled on 14 ha of forest & meadow and virtually in a secluded location directly on Lake Beniaskie / Banners Lake away from a small village spot in the old Oberland of East Prussia and in today's Warmia-Masuria. A stylish, light-filled cabin made almost entirely of wood with two separate cottage apartments "Trokajny" & "Mysłaki," each generously sized at 72 m², spread over two floors and with two verandas each. The two units are amply separated from each other by a 12-meter-long "barn" and each accommodate up to five people (4 adults/children + 1 infant).

Bieniasze / Banners is located on a little-traveled side road between Miłakowo / Liebstadt and Świątki / Heiligenthal or Łukta / Locken.
From Germany, the best route currently is via Frankfurt/Oder (Route A2 -> S5 -> A1 -> S7 -> 513): from the border 575 km and approx. 4 ¾ hours. Or from mid-2026 also via Szczecin / Stettin (Route A6 -> S6 -> S7 -> 513): from the border 502 km and approx. 4 ½ hours all the way to Beniaskie! Both routes are four-lane highways / expressways except for the last 40 km. Or by train in just under 6 hours from Berlin via Poznań / Posen to Ostróda / Osterode and from there another ½ hour by taxi. Alternative: in 5 ½ hours from Berlin directly to Gdańsk / Danzig, then continue by rental car. By plane it's a bit faster, to Gdańsk / Danzig (GDN) or Olsztyn-Mazury / Allenstein-Masuren (SZY), then continue by rental car.
At Beniaskie! you can cook or grill yourself. You can shop well in Miłakowo / Liebstadt, just a few minutes away by car. There you will find small grocery stores, a butcher, a bakery, a post office, (dental) doctor and veterinarian, pharmacy, ATM, gas station. At many organic farms in the surrounding area you can buy bread, eggs, milk, (goat) cheese, cider, (lavender) honey, Hereford T-bones & burgers, and other organic products made according to traditional recipes.

Perfect tranquillity and the whole property including the lake was just for us
Despite spontaneous booking and very short notice of arrival, everything was well prepared and so we were able to spend a few wonderful and peaceful days directly at the lake. The rowing boat was down at the jetty and there is also a small beach. The house was completely different from what we had imagined - very spacious due to the two floors and both terraces as well as tastefully furnished with high quality things, no "plastic furniture" or gathered remnants as is often the case. In addition, very nice hosts, who organised some delicious specialities from the area, unsurpassed the steaks from the neighbours. It was very helpful that the host's husband speaks fluent German and we were able to learn a lot about the area. Next time we will probably come for longer and with friends, because there is still room for a second family at the other end of the house. Thank you for the nice time with you and it's a pity that we had to move on already. Elise and Alfons.

Ja, schade, daß Ihr schon ein Anschlußobjekt gebucht hattet, man merkte, daß Ihr eigentlich lieber noch hier geblieben wäret...also, macht die Pläne und dann bucht rechtzeitig für Eure Freunde und Euch zusammen...bis vielleicht dann, war nett mit Euch!
P.S.: Und nächstes Mal nicht den ganzen See leerfischen ;-)

Beautiful in the middle of nature!
Great, large wooden house in the middle of nature with an incredibly nice and accommodating landlord who makes every effort to provide his guests with as much as possible, gladly with regional staples and tips for nice excursions
Directly in front of the door is a bathing lake with a small rowing boat, plus stand-up paddleboards in the associated garage
As already mentioned, the house is in a secluded location and is very suitable for families and groups. Due to this location, you will of course have to take a longer journey to the main sights, but from our point of view it is completely worth it.
We would recommend the house 100%!
