Bieniasze / Banners is located on a little-traveled side road between Miłakowo / Liebstadt and Świątki / Heiligenthal or Łukta / Locken.
From Germany, the best route currently is via Frankfurt/Oder (Route A2 -> S5 -> A1 -> S7 -> 513): from the border 575 km and approx. 4 ¾ hours. Or from mid-2026 also via Szczecin / Stettin (Route A6 -> S6 -> S7 -> 513): from the border 502 km and approx. 4 ½ hours all the way to Beniaskie! Both routes are four-lane motorway / expressway except for the last 40 km. Or by train in just under 6 hours from Berlin via Poznań / Posen to Ostróda / Osterode and from there another ½ hour by taxi. Alternative: in 5 ½ hours from Berlin directly to Gdańsk / Danzig, then continue by rental car. By plane it's a bit faster, to Gdańsk / Danzig (GDN) or Olsztyn-Mazury / Allenstein-Masuren (SZY), then continue by rental car.
At Beniaskie! you can cook or grill yourself. You can shop well in Miłakowo / Liebstadt, just a few minutes away by car. There you will find small grocery stores, a butcher, a bakery, a post office, (dental) doctor and veterinarian, pharmacy, ATM, gas station. From many organic farmers in the surrounding area you can buy bread, eggs, milk, (goat) cheese, cider, (lavender) honey, Hereford T-bones & burgers, and other organic products made according to traditional recipes.

Highly recommended!
For a vacation with a dog, this place is perfect. Quiet and idyllic, the landlord is reliable, and service is highly valued. We felt very comfortable there.

Relaxation and pure nature!
It was an unforgettable break in time! the nature . . we lived in nature and nature with us almost!
Team Beniaskie: a very loving team and always helpful, and the cottage was really well equipped for our time there! This time, however, nature needed help: it rained and hailed in May! Thus, we could make good use of the time in the cottage and use the oven with wood briquettes; a fire in the evening is very romantic! A few days were a bit sunny and we visited the surroundings... the car is necessary for this, and the Mazurs are so beautiful and full of history! We will come back, that's for sure!

Wunderbar, daß es Euch auf Beniaskie! gefallen hat! Wir freuen uns auch immer, wenn die Gäste ordentlich die Region erkunden, und da habt Ihr ja so einiges unternommen. Ja, der Maianfang war in diesem Jahr schon sonderbar; es gab ja sogar solch einen Sturm, daß auf Beniaskie! im Wald ein 8-Meter-Baum entwurzelt wurde - das haben wir sonst nur im dicksten Herbststurm...

Rest and pure nature
Whoever is looking for peace and nature will find it at Beniaskie! On the meadow in front of the two holiday homes, we were able to watch some storks searching for frogs. The two houses are equipped with everything necessary. Michael is a friendly and communicative host. He is available with advice and assistance and offers a bread and laundry service upon request.
