The flat is approx. 80 sqm and is located on the upper floor of a two-family house. A 27 sqm living-dining room with a cosy living area, two bedrooms with 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring beds, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen separated from an anteroom by a bar, a shower room and a 34 sqm terrace, of which 15 sqm are covered, offer comfortable accommodation for 4 people. A 5th person could use a sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a parquet floor. All other areas are tiled in white. Large flat screen TVs hang on the wall in the living room and both bedrooms. A Bose sound box is also available.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat is located in a play street in Davensberg, a district of the municipality of Ascheberg, in the southern Münsterland. There are a number of excellent restaurants in the village. You can cover your daily needs in a supermarket with a bakery. All other shops can be found in Ascheberg (4 km). The connection to the A1 motorway is also in Ascheberg. A railway station on the Dortmund - Münster line is 400 m from the flat. Trains run hourly in both directions.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 50 days before the arrival date.
If the tenant cancels the contract, the following compensation will be due: - Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price - 35 days before: 40% - 28 days before: 50% - 21 days before: 60% - 14 days before: 80% - Later than 14 days before the start of the rental: the full rental price is due. The rental agreement, which will be sent before the contract is finalized, specifies the details. If the tenant is unable to fulfill the contract due to official orders (e.g., due to COVID-19), the cancellation fee will not be charged. This also applies reciprocally. For the same reason, the tenant cannot make any claims against the landlord.

Our holiday flat is suitable for guests who are looking for peace and quiet on holiday, who want to go hiking or explore the area by bike. We also welcome travellers and people who are temporarily pursuing their professional activities in this area. A number of castles and palaces in the vicinity await your visit. So is Münster, the city of the Peace of Westphalia, which ended the 30 Years War, with its sights, museums and the Allwetterzo. On the outskirts of our village you will find a 9-hole swing golf course with excellent gastronomy.

Recommendation: Worthy of recommendation
In addition to the very warm greeting and farewell, one must highlight the generous and wonderfully furnished accommodation, as everything fits perfectly. We were there for the New Year 2025/2026 for a week and unfortunately could not use the huge covered terrace due to the snow and cold, but we will definitely make up for that sometime in spring or summer.
